Recently switched from a Bunn to the Cuisnart because the price Best Buy was offering. It seems to be just as if not better constructed. The coffees hot and stays hot and taste good. It also has plenty of features to make it very versitile. The only drawback I could list is how the water pours into the machine. You have to lift the top lid and it's awkward to pour into the small opening it has.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. It makes wonderful coffee. I have found that finely ground coffee works better with this machine. The only "bad" quality about this maker is that when pouring the water into the reservoir you can't see clearly how many cups you've poured, but if you use the cup gauge on the carafe then you have no worries! The coffee brewed in this machine has a pure taste that is true to the flavors you buy because it has such a good water purification system. I would recommend this coffeemaker to anyone who appreciates coffee! I bought mine refurbished from the factory and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great product at a little lower cost.

This machine is very easy to use and clean. The abilitly to program it a day before to make coffee for the next day is a great feature. So now my coffee is ready every morning when I arrived at work.

Excellent product. I chose and purchased based on other reviews. I do not have a problem with purchasing factory refurbished appliances. They are new and refurbished by the same factory that furbished it (if you will). I got it for a great price.
