I was so disappointed. I have no challenges utilizing anything used. I love and trust in it. This time, I used 3 times and it’s unfortunately a disappointment. 1st time for pasta, fantastic although the flour base was captured in the neck under the plate but didn’t cause it to stop revolving. The 2nd time, it stopped and started to not only heat up but the spaghetti was warm to hot. The 3rd time (yesterday) it again stopped revolving, heated and I cannot remove the “collar’. I would have loved for this to work as I appreciate the Cuisnart product but unfortunately cannot recommend this nor Best Buy Refurbished products. I don’t believe they will allow this return as flour is stuck within the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
