Love this coffee maker. Hope it keeps working as great as it does now. I love the fact that you just put the beans in, set everything up, set the time you want it to brew and WALLA !! I saw some reviews about it being so noisy. Not any noisier than a regular grinder. I guess people aren't used to that going off first thing in the morning. But you will love the coffee it makes. I will never go back to the old kind of coffee maker. No comparison to the taste. Well worth the money. I got a great deal on this refurbished one. Just like brand new, warranty and all. Wish it had the stainless steel carafe but I can always buy one later.

I will always check Best Buy for availability of the best refurbished appliances. . About the coffeemaker. Makes great CONSISTENT coffee. Be careful, The instructions clearly say don’t get water in the grinder. They’re right! If you spill some water around the hopper and it seeps into the grinder, the grounds form a paste and clog the chute to the basket. Everything backs up and beans stop feeding the grinder which over- runs and could be damaged. You’ll hear the difference in the sound of the grinder, or the coffee will be very weak. Just turn it off and follow instructions to clean and dry the grinder & chute.

This unit sells for $199.99 most places. Sure, you can find deals but not for $79.99 This unit works great. The coffee comes out better than all the rest I have tried..including the former champ Bunn. The coffee is hot, it tastes just like you got it from Starbucks. Read the instruction booklet...dont think you can just pour in some beans and go...you cant! To avoid breaking it, read the booklet. Hands down the best ever! Do yourself a favor, even if you cant find it refurb, its worth the $199.99 retail price. I dont write reviews...but I felt compelled to write for this product because of how good it actually is!

The price was 80 for the refurbished one and since I have never had the Brew Central, or the Grind and Brew models to last more than a year I was NOT spending 170 on a new one! Fill the hopper, set the auto timer and your good for 3 days, just empty the filter and add water! The reason I keep buying Cuisinart is because it does make the best cup of coffee. So, I just budget for an annual replacement! It is noisy when the grinder kicks in, but if you have it programmed, then you will be up at that time anyway, if not, it will make a great backup alarm!.

I absolutely love this coffee pot! Initially, I was a bit concerned about getting rid of my old Cuisinart grind and brew because there is nothing wrong with it. However, I bought one of these for my brother for Christmas and for this price, I figured I'd better get one for myself also. I'm so glad that I did!! My brother is saving a ton of money on coffee now!! He was happy beyond words! His description of his first cup of coffee was...this tastes like a "bought cup of coffee." Once you find the setting that is right for you...you're set!! If you are thinking about not getting this pot for any reason, try it for yourself! There is no coffee maker that is going to do EVERYTHING for you. So ofcourse, you will have to clean this or that and put a filter in it daily if you drink coffee daily. It's worth it!! So far, so good!

I love everything about this coffee maker! I love how there's a timer/alarm function so that you can setup the coffee maker to grind and brew your coffee without having to get out of bed! The styling is great too!

Great value for price. I can't tell it's refurbished. I wish it came with the gold tone filter.
