I have bought 3 of these now, 2 as gifts and 1 for myself If you love grinding your own beans, this is by far the best grinder for the job. It has many different settings to grind for any occasion. I like the large storage for the coffee beans on top, it can hold a large amount of beans if grinding for many pots of coffee. It grinds very quickly. The ground beans are easily removed from the container at the bottom and I liked that it came with a coffee scoop with a small brush for easy cleaning. This is small enough to store easily in our small kitchen cabinet area when not in use. I believe it cleans up well and I have not had any mechanical problems even those these are refurbished. All 3 of mine came in perfect condition.

This burr grinder is the best. It works so much better than common blade grinders, with an adjustable grind size, you get a perfect grind every time from fine to coarse. Load the hopper with beans, decide how many cups you want to make today, set the selector for that many cups, and it grinds you the perfect amount every time! It's awesome. Plus, I love the stainless steel design. It's the first coffee grinder that looks good enough to leave on the counter next to the coffee maker, and it gets a lot of interest from visitors! Product ( Cuisinart Factory-Refurbished Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill 18-Cup Coffee Grinder - Stainless-Steel ) has lived up to my expectations so far. Obvisously I'm looking for consistent performance over the next year to two years and thus far it meets and or exceeds those expectations ( 3 weeks into using it ). Other reviews on this grinder varied from great to fair but most of the negative feedback ( seemed focused on noise and mess ) can be overcome with common sense practices. As far as Best Buy goes the transaction couldn't have been smoother. The item arrived on time as promised in good working order and packed rather efficiently also. Nice Job !!!

Replaced my blade grinder with this one. Wow, what a difference. Excellent performance for the price. Lots of choices on the type of grind and with the quantiy cups as a option, its the perfect choice for the daily cup of coffee.

I like good coffee. Dark Roasted fresh coffee beans. None of that pre-ground canned limp coffee that you buy at the grocery store. None of that stale pre-ground stuff that loses its flavor over the weeks that you have it. This grinder is convenient (it holds approx 1/2 lb of beans in a sealed compartment) and measures the coffee you need for you by a sliding dial. One touch and fresh ground dark roasted beans are ready. It's my second of these grinders. The 1st one lasted three years until I ground it into the ground.

I researched burr grinders and found this one to be the best overall for the price. I'm happy to say that I'm not disappointed. I've been using a blade grinder for years. It's so nice to pour the coffee beans in the hopper and a couple of minutes later, my coffee container is full; a little messy but well worth the convenience. For those new to grinders, it's helpful to have a small paintbrush on hand for cleaning. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought the refurbished grinder because the price was great for an excellent grinder. I would recommend this if you want a variety of grinds. This grinder is powerful and fast. The great thing is you store your beans in the hopper and when you are ready just push the button and your done. Great deal!!!

I love this coffee grinder. It grinds up my coffee beans to the perfect size ground i need. The only downside i could see to this device is that it is kind of loud, especially when there are no beans in the bean hopper.

Great Grinder. A bit loud but does a good job. Love that you can set the coarseness of the grind. Coffee comes out perfect every time.

First item received DOA, Second item works great. Love the multiple settings and storage hopper. Unlike a "blade type" the burr mill produces an even size grind. The hopper hold enough beans for a week of coffee. No measuring required. Just push a button in the morning and you have fresh ground coffee measured to you setting.

I replaced the same type grinder as this one and it works just as a good as a brand new one and for for less money.

seems to be a good grinder, but I have not had it long enough to say it is great.

I used it a couple times over the past month and it worked great and fine and the taste was wonderful. easy to use. But about a week ago, I went to try and use it and it just stopped working. After cleaning it out the burrs and every other nook and cranny, it still didn't turn on. Then I began to smell the burnt out engine (or whatever its called-- im not super savvy). I'm in the process of trying to figure out if I have to eat my money or am able to return/replace it. hopefully I'll be able to work something out!
