sandwiches come out squished up and flat... a Panini maker would be better.

Will not purchase a product like ever again from Best Buy, it was dirty and repackaged as if it was returned by someone else and never checked. Would not recommend buying items like this from Best Buy, I'm certain the person who brought it back the first time thought the same thing.

I purchased this thinking it was a great idea, but as soon as I made the first sandwich I new it was a mistake

This is not worth the money. The food does not turn out well and it is not NGOs for you.

I enjoyed how easy it is to use, but the quality is not the best. The clasp does not close all the way so it does not completely cut the sandwiches. Besides that, it is a fine sandwich grill.

I found this product worked effectively. I would not recommend buttering your bread first though, it won't be crisp if you do. That was the only disappointment.

This sandwich grill is very easy to use. I love how simple it is. I do need to work on not overfilling my sandwiches as the melted cheese will sometimes tend to leak out the back of the grill. Clean up for it is pretty easy too. I was able to use my usual dish scrubbie (for non-stick surfaces) to wipe it up and clean it.

Very good product though not the best. Toasts are really good and it is easy to prepare within minutes.

This is a great product. I read the other reviews and the bad reviews all had the same statement basically that is over flowed. Well that's linked to over eating. I found this product great. Works great, it's Cuisinart a trusted company, you can't beat the price....if you are looking for a product that is not for over eating or industrial use, this is it. I have purchased three as two were "Just Because" gifts for my sisters.

This product is great, first thing I made was of course a grilled cheese sandwhich, I just sprayed some pam in the grill and put in my sandwhich and it was amazing, the endges get sealed off perfectly to give you a pouch of great melted cheese, and I made omlettes in it that turned out great, and I stuck an omlette INSIDE my sandwhich and made my own home brew egg McSandwhich, it was great. only downside is that the part right behind the trey is difficult to clean. other then that it's amazing.

For the price, this is a simple & basic unit that does the minimum job that's required to do - grills your sandwich! Sure, there are larger units with a more fancy design. But I was just after a no frills unit for $20 & this is good enough for it.

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is smaller than I thought. Otherwise it is good for the price. Does the job.

I love this! I bought it because we do grilled cheese a lot and I found out I can also make eggs and French toast and pancakes in the blink of an eye!

Small but useful for a quick grill cheese or just some quick small snacks on the go

I love wat I purchased... it works great... n at I like is that it licks while is melting a delicious sandwich or chicken fajita

For 20$ it is very good. You can make only triangular sandwiches in it.

ITS NOT A GEORGE FORMAN BUT JUST AS PRODUCTIVE. SO GO OUT AND GET THIS QUICK SANDWICH MAKER, EASY CLEAN UP GRILL AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!

what is so great about this is it is so easy to use and impossible to ruin your sandwich

This sandwich grill was exactly what I was looking for. Very useful and easy to use!
