Love this tool. I cook homemade mashed potatoes often. Usually I have to use my mixer to try to whip them. My mixer works, but it is a hassle to bring out and clean the splatter. The Smart Stick works great. No splatter mess or very little and it whips my potatoes better than my mixer and way quicker. Cleaning this tool is very easy too. Love it.

Purchased to blend smoothies for meal replacement program. I like that it is easy to use and separates for cleaning. It does not blend in from the sides of the provided cup or top of the blade cover leaving unblended powder that needs to be stirred to complete the blending process. The cup has ridges that prevents the blender from working in all the ingredients.

I bought this blender primarily for daily use. It has proved to be very hand and versatile, the construction seems durable and I hope it will last for a long time to come. It grinds and blends about everything, it is easy to wash, clean and stow away for the day. It is an excellent product for daily use and I would recommend it.

Some blending or pureeing tasks don't require a food processor, which is bulky and more work to clean. The Cuisinart Smart Stick does the work right in the cooking pot or other vessel. It is fast and does a great job, and you can make the food as smooth or as chunky as you like. Clean up takes only seconds, or you can put it in the dishwasher. I use the Smart Stick often for soups and smoothies, and I love it.

I purchased this for my brother (he was on a smoothie for breakfast kick), and it has worked out well thus far. He makes breakfast smoothies with greens, frozen berries, and whey protein. It is relatively easy to clean and the container it comes with also works well.

it does an ok job of mixing. But seems like the previous model from several years was stronger motor. I would recommend for light duty only as you will need more power for easier puree or quicker results.

This handy devise is so simple when things need a quick stir or puree but will not work with the blender because it is being cooked or it is simply best to keep it in the mixing bowl.

I bought this because I was going on a trip and needed something more portable than my ninja. This worked perfectly and now I use it every day to blend my bulletproof coffee. It is so much easier to use and clean for everyday use.

We had owned one of these previously but had "loaned" it to one of the kids. We were making black bean soup, and needed a hand blender to puree the stock. There is no other kitchen tool that is more suiited for this process.

Always research reviews from purchasers and through Consumer Reports. This was 4th on the CR list for recommendations, but first in my price range. For the price you get an easy to clean stainless steel finish that's quiet and durable.

Love this immersion blender. Sleek looking and easy to use. I don't need to pull out the blender for a lot of things and this just makes things easier.

This product does work as advertised. It meets my expectations for blending smoothies and other utilitarian blending functions. Note: Do not attempt to blend mashed potatoes, it is not designed for this.

So far, I have only used this stick blended once to make mayo but it worked perfectly. After many failed attempts to make mayo, we bought this. Hopefully, it will work well for soups as the weather cools off.
