If you like to bake, this mixer is a must have. Three times more powerful than anothing in its class and it is a breeze to use (and clean). I have one of these in both of my kitchens and recommended it 100%

I love my new mixer and am still getting used to how to make my life easier. I make all of our bread and cookies, so that is what I have tried so far. I wish the attachments would reach to the bottom of the bowl.

Fantastic product. First order of business was 6 dozen cupcakes, handled the amounts beautifully. Reached all the way to the bottom and the timer feature was a big hit! Next one dozen raisin bran muffins, handled the small amounts as well as the large because the whisk and paddles reach all the way to the bottom. Whipped up beautiful twice baked potatoes with ease and then the test of 3 loaves of bread in the same bowl and I was more than pleasantly surprised. The bread is a heavy bread and while the machine had to really work the dough, it did the job beautifully with the only tell tale sign being a bit louder whirring and a very slight movement of the machine body. I have yet to buy the attachments for pasta and meat grinding but they are on my list. It cleans up easily and the features are amazing. It is a bit of an investment but the things it does makes it a worthwhile long term one. The seven quart bowl is awesome too!

I have owned my mixer for 3 plus years without any complaints. I own a cake and catering business and this mixer has not let me down! It's worth the high price. I would not go back to a Kitchen Aid after being spoiled by the Cuisnart. Treat yourself to the quality. YOU ARE WORTH IT! I'm glad I did.
