It dont really grind fine... but maybe its okay for coffee or beans but not good for rice flour...

I'm returning this immediately after my first use. This whole thing is way too bulky, and it's incredibly loud. I only ground about a cup of beans, and I felt like I needed hearing protection. The grounds are consistent, so at least it's decent in that aspect. The grounds get all over the place as it's deposited into the container, and it's not at all easy to clean with the included brush because there are so many tight crevices around the container for the grounds.

Fast and easy to use , it is a fairly small appliance, looks good .

Doesn’t grind consistently. Lots of fine particles , even on course setting clogging my drip filters. Considering returning.

I tried to grind cardamom but it couldn't grind it even with coarse grinding, but it grinds coffee, dried pepper, dried cumin, etc. Its sound is loud and very disturbing.

This grinds well. But boy does it make a loud grinding noise.

Works as expected so far. Only had this a few weeks and only use it a couple of times a week. Grinds consistently at the medium grind setting. Have not used other settings enough to say.

It works fine, but it was used and repack did not have time to exchange. I am guessing Best Buy lately is cheating a lot 

We bought this for our other house. So it's not used on a daily basis. It stopped working earlier this month. My husband is very good at fixing things. But he just can't get this to work. So now we have to buy it a different one. Very disappointing

This grinder is easy to use and much cheaper than others its size. We like it.

Ran the mill for 1 lb of coffee when i saw it started to smoke. Need to get a better unit if your trying to grind your own coffee

Not good, doesn’t grind enough smaller, just makes the rough coffee not like flower

This device is supeeb in every way possible. The different settings to grind coffee is amazing. Ypu can go from very course to super espresso fine. Now, my negative issues abiut this device are these. It's a pain to clean. You have to dismantle everything and use that useless brush to remove all the coffee grinds. Try your best to remove them so you dont have stale coffee on your next grind. But if you grind daily, then theres little chance of that. Secondly it gets hot if you grind too much. And when it's hot, it will shut down unless completely cooled. So if I'm grinding an entire bag, i just go slowly until all done. So apart from those twonissues, this grinder is the only device to fet for coffee beans. Ice only used this for coffee so i dont know what it does for spices.

It grinds well. I’ve used a simple Krups grinder for years and years so this will take some getting used to. There’s a little more thinking involved than just grinding away.

Works well, seems solidly constructed. Noisy: but aren’t they all.! Very simple to use, and a quite attractive design.

This burr mill features a variable scale allowing me to grind coffee beans as fine or as coarse as I prefer. I can preload several days worth of beans and select the amount to grind, hands-free while I perform other tasks in my kitchen.

Product works great we use it everyday to fresh grind coffee and the is nothing better than fresh ground to use in our French press. You cangg try get a better cup if coffee.

It grinds it pretty easily and quickly. I like that it has different settings to grind so you dont just grind all your coffee and it goes bad quickly so you waste your beans.
