My coffee maker had an error message from day one, so Cuisinart sent me another one because I had registered it and it was under warranty. I like being able to program the machine so I have coffee waiting for me in the morning. My only request would be to redesign the lid so you could use the carafe to fill up the water. The way it is designed now, you can't empty the entire carafe into it, but that's just a minor design flaw.

The T series 14 performs as stated, and a breeze to format coffee maker. Provides a good tasting cup of coffee. The touch screen is a user friendly feature and a plus for this product.

Our old Mr. Coffee was dying; took forever to finish brewing. This Cuisinart is great! Brews well; leaves no residue in bottom of cup, and is reasonably priced! Love the programable features!

This got the best coffeemaker on Wirecutter, NY Times, so I bought it. Does a great job extracting flavor from the coffee grounds. I wish the hot plate had an off setting.

Once I got the hang of the touch screen, I found it to be very responsive and makes great coffee!

I have had this product now for about 2 weeks. Overall it makes great coffee. My concerns are that is is extremely large. Also, it does not allow you to pause the brewing to get a cup a coffee. The major problem is that pouring water with the pot is very hard. The hole to pour it in is too small and the pot is too large. This means you will have water leftover in the pot as you cannot pour the entire water needed into the coffee maker. You have to pour the remaining water out or leave it in the pot. Also, I don't like how the clock is different from the touch buttons(it does match). I have given thought about returning but I already threw away the box. If these issues are not important to you then I would recommend it.
