It can do so many things, including good malts. Only caution is that it is not super durable so don't knock it off you're counter ... it will likely chip or break.

I love that the blades screw into the top of the cup making the whole smoothie process much more efficient and pleasurable.

Quick, easy, and safe

Blender not as good for green smoothies as the smaller containers. The most frustrating thing is it turns the wrong way to put lids on.
