I bought this Mic as a temporary appliance while my cabinets are being redesigned to accommodate an above-the-range model. The counter footprint is very small, which I love. Although only 700 watts, it is more than adequate to heat up a meal or a sandwich, soups, even small side dishes. You can't nuke a 20# turkey, obviously. But for general use, it is ideal as far as countertop models go. The only "con" per say, and it is minor, is it lacks a 30 second or "added time" button. And - oh yeah - the popcorn button will burn the heck out of any brand of popcorn made. Otherwise, it's great.

Product doesn't stay on track when used, Not satisfied about that. Should have gotten one with the 3 identions for the plate to lock in.

This was a gift for my boyfriend and he likes it. Not the best mocrowave, but you get what you pay for.

Really wimpy turntable. Can barely turn with mug of coffee on it. Light flickers and magnetron cuts in and out like it is going to die at any moment. U get what u pay for. It was really cheap.

Moved to an office and had for my kitchen area there. I didn’t try to use it right away because of the move. Plugged it in and none of the buttons worked. Contacts Best Buy, but by the time I realized it was broken it was one day past the day I could return it. They said there was nothing they could do. Now I have started the process of dealing with a claim with the microwave company. I bought this because it was cheap and simple, but didn’t expect it to be broken.

The covering over the keypad is already bubbled. I am the only user of the microwave and rarely use it and it is already worn.
