Everything went fine with this product. I have no complaints whatsoever.

This back up camera was extremely difficult for the technician to install, tried calling the Mfg. Technical support and they weren’t able to help . The picture has constant horizontal lines in the display, almost impossible to see. It is being retuned

Nothing was done in the 2 visits to this place. They failed to check that the monitor I brought in did not work with my car and installed it anyway. Then they had me bringing another monitor because they told me the monitor is broken. Then I found the monitor works under 24v but my car was running a 12v system. They failed to find this problem, they failed to get my system working. And when I offered to have them replace this 24v monitor to a 12v monitor, they refused to do it because they stopped installing monitors from other vendors. I spent 230$ and they got NOTHING done.

I had my car stereo wiring replaced. The tech informed me that it was a trash installation. It’s worked flawlessly for years. I should have left immediately but I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. They’re giving me 25 points for this review but I won’t need them for anything.

Bought two carmars for me and my wifes car both fall off windshild all tme time been back to see if they could fix one on wifes car glued it on fell off few days later 500$ for both installed they are not worth buying

Contacted store on repair problem, No appointment made to fix issue.as of 5.1.21

Sound good and are working good have good beat to them

This is not needed if you bring your own parts. Quality is good.

The technician was masterful and forthright with what was taking place - a consummate professional. Expectations were exceeded. Will request the same technician when I get additional components.
