While on a car trip, the back-up camera in our car ceased operating. We had experienced some very rough roads and I suspected a loose connection on the radio, which turned out to not be the cause of the failure. Jose diagnosed the problem and possessed the knowledge and skill to correct it quickly. It a great comfort to have that function restored. Thank you Best Buy.

MASON is the man he knows more about electronics then i will ever know in my lifetime. He gets things installed and correct the first time the guy really knows his stuff! He is a great asset and best buy would be lost with out him... Thanks for the great service and install .....

I’m really enjoying my in dash radio that was installed in my car at the Slidell store. The installer told me it would take about 2-3 hours to finish the job but it was definitely done under two hours. He also informed me of a refund for an item I did not need to complete the install. I would highly recommend the installers at this location.

I didn't purchase a product - I purchased a service. I had a member of the geek squad program my new remote start key fob because I couldn't figure it out. The tech was absolutely wonderful. He researched the particular key fob I had, before my appointment and was able to program the key fob in a very short amount of time.

Vehicle installation department upgraded the remote start system I had installed in my dads vehicle a year ago to a feedback system so he can tell when his car actually starts. Previously he would think he started the car, just to find it still off

A gentleman name Michelle(close?) did the installation. He was very prompt and did it in the time that was allowed. He did an excellent job of explaining the operation of my new radio. The actual installation looked like it was original to the car I am quite pleased

The best buy techs did a great job in installing my front and rear dash cam! The service took almost exactly how long he said it would take and everything was wrapped and hidden really well!

I tried to connect my FM Transmitter up to my brand new Toyota Tacoma TRD-Off Road Premium truck and was having difficulty with installing this item. I asked the Best Buy Geek Squad Agent if he could install it into my truck on my behalf and he did.

The installer was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He installed my dashcam in minutes. He positioned it accurately and powered it on to make sure it was operating properly. Outstanding job. No visible wires anywhere

I went into Best Buy to purchase a dash cam that I had seen online reviews for. Not only did they have the one I saw the review for they also had the upgrade which included the rear cam. I had the cameras installed at Best Buy and the job done was outstanding and reasonably priced.

The service I received was outstanding. The sales associate took the time to insure the right components were available for my vehicle and gave me specific time lines for the completion of installation in my vehicle. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to improve their car/truck audio system.

The Geek Squad in Automotive Section easily got my Best Buy CD Player connected to my new eHonda Pilot so I can play favorite tunes. The Geek Squad Team was professional, friendly and efficient.

Somewhat tricky installation of satellite radio receiver where old unit had to be removed and new one installed. Technician fabricated a new mounting bracket which should keep problems from recurring.

The technical team in the car stereo department made a harness assembly while I waited. They didn’t solder the wires but I’ve found that they connectors they use work just as well. Great service and nice work.

Sought a solution to play music from my phone through my car audio. GS recommended a blue tooth option that I could consider. Much better than solution that I was prepared to implement.
