There were two people one was nice and helpful the second was rude and disrespectful. After they installed the radio in my son's car. The pleasant one explained checked us out. No one went over anything with us, we had to ask. Driving home on freeway the hood started to fly up, pulled over and apparently they forgot to close it when they were finished. Will never go back.
