He not only met, but exceeded those standards this time!! He went the extra mile, going above and beyond to ensure that both Best Buy's, and his, highest standards were exceeded. This is a man who should be retained at all cost, and promoted in my humble opinion. He is true upper-management and leadership material; something exceedingly difficult to find in today's job market. Thank you all!

Richard here my Geek squad support person was fantastic I had multi problems here with my Wi-Fi he was very patient too ,very patient to show me and explain to me what my 3 problems was, He also troubleshooted Customer service at xfinity, he knew what to say to them and how to say to them, he was great he is a 5 star plus with me.

Josh found the problem and fixed it. I am very pleased with the results. My neighbors are very pleased with the results. And he educated me on the system. My alarm no longer cries wolf. Wish I had found Josh years ago. Thank you Josh

Matt is the best technician around for working on car electronics. I trust everything he does and recommend him. My 1998 Truck was more complicated because the door locks had been disabled. Matt rewired it and installed the alarm. Now I have keyless entry.

My dryer was delivered in the time frame that was arranged. They hooked it up and it works just fine. Very happy with the service.
