I have a Ford Transit 150. The task was to install a new radio (Pioneer) and new speakers in the rear doors. The installation crew did not follow the instructions noted on the order. Instead they installed the radio and replaced the existing FRONT speakers. As a result I had to schedule another installation date to install the new speakers in the rear. The installation supervisor didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for their mistake. During the time waiting for my next appointment I found that the radio would not tune-in AM stations nearly as well as the manufacture supplied radio. At my second installation I mention this to the supervisor and he said that’s his experience with this vehicle and was willing to put the old one back. Why are the selling a product that does not fully function. Btw they charged me $100+ extra on my second appointment because it was in the rear and that wasn’t charged initially. I definitely won’t go back! I’ll go to 7/11 if if I need a usb cable.

Time for install seemed rushed due to over booking probably,shoddy sloppy work, truck was damaged due to install (minus I fixed due to finding out the issue) ,but should have never happened in first place..lost time and gas .I asked for something to be done which would have made install easier and agreed before I left truck for install ,but that never happened whole job seemed rushed,not careing or professional at all. I cannot recommend this service. I have lost any faith in this service.

Unfortunately, I can’t give a good Review because the upgrade of my car’s Sound System, has not been Complete since June 2022, until now, I have good results with my previous cars at Best Buys

Extremely overpriced! My Tech PJ Pronger had to call me to discuss what to do next! Wait, isn’t he the expert? Overrated and way overpriced
