This machine is super simple to use and even clean. When the machine arrives makes sure leave it standing upright for at least two hours if not overnight. This is very important to do so the oil inside the machine can settle back into its proper place. I tried to make the whisky slushy using bourbon. This one did not turn out great and had little to no flavor, but the icy/slushy part was perfect. The second slushy I made was with ginger ale and vodka, this one turned out perfect. The mixture had lots of flavor and very little vodka taste. We loved everything about it and feel it will make a fantastic margarita. The machine is easy to fill with the opening on top of the clear plastic housing. I put everything into a bowl first and sure it was all mixed up before adding it to the machine. Once the mixture is in the machine turn it on and from the front panel select the appropriate menu setting. You can even select the slushy level at any time, I just left it in the middle setting. It only took about 15 minutes to get some ice forming and about 25 minutes to make it into a slushy. I found however that 35 minutes all the liquid in the machine was in slushy form. Just pull the lever and the slushy will be dispensed out and ready to drink. We found that using a straw made it easier as the consistency is similar to what you would get at a store. Overall this is a fun machine and will be great for parties. It' super simple to use and keep running while the party is going on and would require little attention.

This slushy maker exceeded expectations! It was easy to use and operate (even after a few frozen margaritas) and came apart for easy clean up. It froze the mix pretty quickly. Only downside is that it’s quite large. But if you have the space it’s awesome! Can’t wait to use this for my kid’s next birthday party! (Not for margaritas).

I’m really happy with this slushie machine! It arrived very well packaged to prevent any damage in shipping. Assembly was quick and easy, and cleaning is just as simple. The machine has lots of intuitive settings that make it easy to customize your drinks. We’ve tried a couple different recipes so far... both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and they’ve all turned out great. It also freezes the drinks pretty quickly! Overall, it’s a fun, versatile product that we’re really enjoying.

Now felt like the perfect time to pick up a slushie machine since we’re just a couple of months away from summer. I’ve never owned or used one before, so this seemed like the best time to learn before it gets too hot. I was thoroughly surprised by the quality of the machine and how easy it was to use. The instructions are very clear, and I loved the included pamphlet with sample recipes. This is a great addition to my growing collection of gadgets, and I can’t wait to break it out for margaritas, piña coladas, and more very soon! Highly recommend!

Bought this to use for mixed drinks and also to make slushy. I absolutely love this machine. It is so easy and surprisingly quick to turn drinks into slushy’s. I had a party anr everyone loved this! Was perfect for a hot day. I can not believe how fast this cools doen in slushies!

Great chilling machine. Easy to make both alcoholic and non-alcoholic slushy drinks. Easy to assemble with a small enough footprint to fit on most bars.

This is by far my best purchase ever. In 15 minutes I had a slushie. Yup my summer is going to be the best this year. You can use multiple different liquids for an assorment of slushies.

Best Frozen Slushie Ever! Game changer for parties and adult Slushies!

I purchased the Cyber Chill Slushy Machine from Best Buy on June 27, 2025, as a birthday gift for my husband. The delivery was delayed, which I didn’t mind. However, when I finally opened the box on July 19, 2025, to test the machine, it was a complete disappointment. I followed all the instructions, added my beverage, and left it running overnight, hoping for a perfect slush. Instead, I woke up to nothing but watery liquid—no slush at all. The machine has not worked from the very start. When I contacted Best Buy customer service, I was told my Best Buy warranty expired July 17, 2025—just TWO DAYS before I even opened it. I was advised to contact the manufacturer instead, even though I purchased the product through Best Buy. I originally wanted to exchange it, but now I just want my money back. To make matters worse, I’ve seen the same product at Sam’s Club for a cheaper price, and they even carry better brands. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I regret this purchase.

I’ve been using this slushie machine for a few weeks now, and it’s been a great addition, especially with how hot it’s been lately. This is my first time owning a slushie maker, so it took me a little time to figure out how much sugar content to use to get it to freeze to my liking, but once I got that right, the results have been consistently good. Setup was straightforward, and the machine feels solid and well-made. It is a bit bulky for my counter space, but that’s more about my small countertop than the machine itself. Operating it is simple. just pour in your mix, select a preset, and let it run. I didn’t even have to read the manual in detail! The texture comes out smooth and evenly frozen, and dispensing is easy. I’ve mostly made fruit juice slushies, and they’ve turned out great. The simplicity of cleaning is also a huge plus for someone like me. It’s not silent, and it can’t be because of its functionality, but the noise is more like a fridge hum than anything disruptive. Overall, it’s been a fun and refreshing way to cool down, and I’m glad I had it this summer.

I highly recommend this machine. I purchased it out of curiosity and was not disappointed. It made great consistency and texture of the slushies. We used a few different mixtures and for the most part they turned out great! We used Coke for some soda slushies and then also used orange juice and champagne for mimosa slushies. The different settings ensured they were perfect! Pros: -Very easy to use. It comes with a few preset buttons that you just put the drink in there and it starts making it depending on what button you hit. -It is relatively quiet. You can barely hear it when it is running. -it’s easy to refill as well. We were halfway done with what we had in there and just added some more and it slushed right up to the perfect consistency! -Cleaning was easy for the most part. Cons: -It is easy to get MOST of the machine clean. We like to use fresh squeezed orange juice for the mimosas and there were a few corners of the tank that were really hard to get to and clean. They also kind of stained orange too. Overall, we absolutely love the machine. We’ve told a few friends about it and will be recommending it to anyone who is looking to add some excitement to their summer. We’re looking forward to using it as the summer goes on!

This machine is so fun! We bought this machine to use during the hot summer months and also when we are camping. Initially I really liked how well this was packed in the box and how easy it was to out together. As I started it up for the first time I was very impressed on how quiet it is while its running. Its also pretty fast at making the slushie, it didnt take as long as I thiught it would. I like thst you can change the frozen level at anytime while its running. The clean cycle is also to easy to use which makes clean up great. The drip tray also works so well. It stays where it should be and is so easy to clean also. The only thing I would change is the capacity. When I make slushie when camping it attracts lots of people that want to try them, I wish at that point it would hold more so I could share with wveryone. Overall I love this machine and im so happy with my purchase!

I tested the machine only in an air-conditioned environment, and the slushie quality was top-notch. It takes around 45 to 60 minutes to get your drink ready, depending on what kind of ingredients you are using and how much liquid you put in the machine. The sugar level of your juice is quite important for successful results. The machine is designed in such a way that you can always easily pump the remaining slushie into your glass. The adjustable cooling level function is very practical to adjust your drinks to your liking, bold or light. Operating the machine is quite simple, and it is easy to learn. After loading your juice, select the appropriate preset and press start; that is all it takes for a good-tasting slushie. Ensure that you load pulp-free juice into the machine. Disassembling and reassembling parts for cleaning is so simple, and those parts are dishwasher safe. In general, it is worth the money. I can say a couple of odds about the product, some of which are the liquid loading hole and relatively sensible noise. A wider and deeper loading hole might be safer to load your drinks without spilling, but it is not even a big issue with the existing design. You just need to handle it with care. Secondly, because this machine cools liquids, its compressor operates at a slightly higher noise level than a standard refrigerator. In a typical living room, the sound is hardly noticeable; however, in smaller rooms, it could be more apparent.

The frap/smoothie/milkshake maker is great and is chills up quickly. Ive made seceral revipes that were provided and others found online. Tasty treats and warm morning drinks. The kids really like chocolate milkshakes from this chill maker. The clean up is not difficult if you get to it soon after making a smoothie. I would recommend to anyone that enjoys chilled beverages.
