    Thank God this new battery back-up has taken care of the horrible beeping from our old one. Cheaper than replacing the in unit battery.

    I installed the UPS, plugged in my peripherals, booted up my computer and everything worked and continues to function properly even with brief outages--just as I would expect. Good product.

    This item was on clearance at local Best Buy from my home and it works perfectly fine for power outages (fortunately i had it in time for a recent outage we had a few days ago) and it delivers! No lost data, no short circuits! It's also compact! Definitely recommend for an office or a small bedroom or home theater set up too!

    Purchased three of these. Upon arrival, one was dead. Took it back to the store for a full refund with no problems. Unit was covered by manufacture's warranty. Other two are working as expected.

    Uninstalled my surge suppressor, re-routed all the cords, mounted this to the back of the desk skirt (hangs on key holes), powered up and....nothing. Would not power up nor reset. Returned to local best buy, but they could not exchange because it was partially paid for with points that would not return to my account for weeks? Crazy! Bought a replacement at Sams Club.
