I get power hits that cause my computer to reboot. I needed to replace the surge protector with a UPS. I checked the load of the CPU, Monitor, Printer, etc. that needed to be on the UPS. I bought this UPS. If fixed the problem. I recently installed their software which via a USB connection tells me the load, charge, and how much time I have if the AC power fails. It also tells me when the UPS is operating off of battery. I can also have the UPS shutdown the CPU after awhile when it is on battery. This is a lot more graceful then a simple power crash.

Excellent product. Charges up quickly and provides the surge protection and back up power as advertised. Very pleased with this purchase.

Got them today and left them on power for eight hours like the instructions said to do. Unplugged the UPS and all devices went on backup power had plenty of time to shut them down properly.

overall doesn't excellent job. It did take some work to disable the alarm when there's a power interruption. The USB cord attached to the computer allows the computer to auto shutdown if the power remains off.

Received a defective unit. Replaced immediately with no hassle. New unit works great.

was looking to spend gift card and certificate. had a need for new ups to replace existing in living room for the TV/cable box/PS3/home theater tuner/and misc devices. I liked the price for what i was getting 750VA/425W. So I purchased this in June 2014 and to date November 2014 i have had no issues with the product what so ever. Very good buy as far as I'm concerned!
