I was asked to give the serial number off the PC and after some pauses, I got the feeling it had been registered to another person. I purchased a NEW PC not a Used one. Will not buy again from this company.

We are deeply sorry to hear of your experience. We hand build all our PCs and configure them accordingly. Each is built using new components. If when you registered the PC, if registered previously for any reason we inform you as it interferes with the computers warranty. Amazing Product

The parts chosen for this computer are great at running all games I throw at it with no issue. I would recommend this PC and all of CyberPower's other options to anyone because of their sheer quality, functionality, and ease of us!

Great Pc works beautifully

I was in need of a Pc that could handle using a capture card or obs and this does the job amazingly well. The internal aspect of the desktop has room for more components and LEDs.

Love Cyberpower

The free items that they have often given me for doing simple tasks that I would have done anyways. An example of a simple task would be making this review. This company has given me great customer service and I will purchase all my pc needs from cyberpower in the foreseeable future
