Positive feedback also highlights the quality of the build and the included motherboard and RAM. While some users mention the system getting warm under heavy load, this is generally attributed to the powerful components.

Not as mindblowing as expected

I upgraded from an 8 year old computer [1st generation i7, 48Gbs, 1050ti) and expected this computer to be mind blowing, it wasn't but it wasn't bad either. The startup is really fast, and it's a beautiful. I'm sure it's a killer gaming computer but I won't be using it for that. Rendering audio files seem to take as long as my original computer but the rep said "The computer will get faster after it recognizes my usage patterns." I have never heard of that except when using a hybrid hard drive but, yeah... Maybe he's right, who knows. Photoshop seems to be a little slugish as well. I have the protection plan so I will check to see if it's something minor. Bestbuy (in my opinion) makes it seem like the whole unit changes colors, including the fans and this is not correct. Only the LED strip, and the motherboard changes colors. I see lights strips advertised for dirt cheap so you can add more strips if you like but again, the fans' LEDs stay red all the time. The fans stay on at high all the time (except one which is connected to the motherboard). The rep asked me to check the motherboard and even sent me an email with a diagram to see if there is additional fan connections on the motherboard. If there is then I will just need to connect the fans directly to the motherboard for control over the additional fans.
There is only room for one additional 3.5 hard drive (for a total of two).
Now let's talk about the good. I like the good:
It comes with (1) 2.5 SSD, and room for (2) additional SSD. There's 2 slots for (NVMe) SSD(s), one is said to run at a higher speed. NVMe prices reminds me of when 2.5 size SSD used to cost several years ago and the prices will go down soon guess. I have not toyed with the new hard drive to see if I will be able to access my files faster when editing but the stats says it will.
I love how you can connect 4 monitors using one video card. 4 monitors help my work flow when editing.
There are a ton of usb3.0, and 1 usb 3.1, and usb-C. Bestbuy says there are also usb2.0 but mine doesn't. They could be losing money because of this. Also, it was listed as DDR3 when in fact it's DDR4. I'm not sure if they have fixed this error yet.
P.S... There isn't much room in this machine and the wires are jammed in the back.

This pc is insane, mine came with a evga 1080ti, asrock z370 board, & patriot ram. Very customizable, I could care less about the led strip & remote since it doesn't change the color of the fans. It can handle 4k gaming smooth as butter (Hellblade & shadow of mordor) but does start to get hot after awhile but hey thats why its liquid cooled right? It also excels at 2k gaming and pretty much every game so far has auto spec to ultra even fallout 4 with the high texture pack. I haven't tried VR yet but i have faith in this beast. Also I originally bought the pc for $2499 then got $400 back due to it going on sale. I would highly recommend this computer if it is in your price range especially at the sale price($2099), it's not much cheaper if any to build it yourself. I did the research.

Fantastic value for the price. Nicely built. Liquid cooling makes this system very quite. Loaded with all sorts of power. The combination Ryzen 7 1080x, GTX 1080 Ti, 480 GB SSD and 32 GB RAM provides this system with more power and speed than can be imagined. The only surprise was that the GTX 1080 Ti only has HDMI and DisplayPort interfaces. I guess DVI and VGA are being phased out. But all I needed was an HDMI to DVI converter plug to attach an older monitor. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Where Do I start... over all the pc is great for the price and very competitive with other builds but that’s where it stops.... I spent almost 3 hours updating windows because it didn’t have a single update installed another not to mention the hour on the phon with Microsoft proving my purchase because they used the same windows on another computer so my authentication key was “used” 2 hours installing and searching for driver updates as not a single driver was up to date after just 1 week I couldn’t get past the bios loading screen without a BSOD not to mention the week of constant blue screen and game crashes just to find 2 out of the 4 8gb ram sticks were bad and to top it off with the laziness I had to open the wiring side of the case to hookup the fans so the RGB works as not a single fan was plugged in although my recommendation would be a yes as it is still an amazing build for the sale price I got it at I’m going to have to say no for the week of headache it gave me. It’s a good thing I know enough about computers to fix the problems I had but a new comer to the gaming pc world would have had a heart attack after dropping that much cash on pc that didn’t work then dishing out anothe $200 because of faulty parts

The PC works great overall, it has RGB colors with a remote. It almost never heats up when running any games or softwares.

A great computer

I am really happy with this computer. I know they're all different, but mine came with an ASRock x370 Killer SLI motherboard and G.Skill Ripjaws V series RAM. The PSU is an 80-plus bronze certified ATNG.
I've heard other sites recommending against ordering PCs such as this through Best Buy and the like because they cheap out on crucial parts such as the motherboard, RAM, and power supply. Although I'll probably swap out the PSU in the future just for peace of mind, I definitely didn't feel these were just cheap whatever-they-could-throw-in parts. I was impressed with the motherboard and RAM chosen. The whole build was professional, right down to the cable management.
The computer is fast and responsive and works great for multitasking, which I do a lot of in my line of work. I'm really happy I chose Ryzen over Intel for my purposes. It's also been great for any gaming I do in my spare time.
The only issue I've had so far is I'm unable to control any of the settings for the RGB LEDs. I would much prefer a static color of my choosing using ASRock software, but it does not respond to any attempts to change the color. So for now, I'm stuck watching it cycle through all the colors continuously. It's a minor issue, though, and everything else is great.
Yes. I could have probably built my own and saved money, but it wasn't worth the time and frustration that would involve. I'm extremely happy with this build.

Excellent Gaming and Editing Experience

At first, I was a bit disappointed at the fact that I would not be able to play on this computer, as it was a defective unit, with no WiFi card installed. However, I was glad to hear that they would be able to fix the tower, and ship it back out to me in a few days. I was so happy to see that they even packaged it with a new keyboard and mouse, and of course, the fixed computer tower. The gaming experience, and its overall experience, was one that I just could not comprehend. For many years, I was stuck with such a downgraded computer, that I still was thankful for. But now switching to this computer, and just seeing how fast it is, I couldn't say a word. I was quite speechless, with just how good this computer performed. I am glad that I had made the move from IBuyPower, to CyberPower!

I first bought an Alienware Aurora for about $1600 then returned it and bought this on special (was 2499).
Unlike the Alienware which required a massive Windows 10 upgrade and lots of playing with drivers, it's ready out of the box. Some Windows updates are needed, but that's fine. The Aurora is nicer looking but that would bring the cost up. This machine is designed to get the absolute best performance for the buck, no frills. It's actually designed to appeal to a specific gamer taste profile of visible HW and colorful LEDs. Not my thing so I'm looking to disable them, but again this is what they're aiming for.
Performance is top notch and I get smooth gameplay in Overwatch and a few other games on Ultra settings.

AUBURY @ COMPUTERS @ STORE 174

So my review is based solely on store #174 in Fayetteville, NC
So I waited until I had real time spent with this computer before writing a review and this is my analysis:
Excellent well put together machine. works flawlessly and can handle the best of games on ultra settings. If I owned a 4k screen I'm sure would be perfectly ran. I honestly didn't have faith in this computer as I did not recognize the brand but I had originally bought an alienware laptop that had a problem so returned it for a new one which gave me blue screen of death. So I decided to spend a bit more money and thanks to Aubury and his knowledge I settled on this computer. It was an amazing decision and one he helped me make. At first I didn't want to spend more but he got me best specs for my money then I decided to go all out and added money on top of alienware price I had paid. I do not regret it at all. Just like the other review said so, yea I could've built my own but I don't have much time as I'm in the military and plus with best buy you can get the geek squad protection plan. It has been almost a month now and I've never written a review before but honestly this deserved it.

This computer is beast. Did my homework on the included parts and felt certain this was worth my coin. Very happy with the build and the way it runs. Churns though anything I throw at it. If you are looking for a quality system this is worth the purchase.

The graphics card in this thing alone makes the price unbeatable. Especially with the GPU market being mobbed by miners you can't beat it. Try and build a PC that's more cost effective than this you cant. It has very high end components and the case is very good for upgrading and customizing.

I bought this PC because I didn't want the hassle of building one myself, also this PC can run almost any game at max graphics right out of the box. I am excited to see how much life I can get of of this PC. Great Buy, highly recommend.
