This is my second Cyberpower pc. The first unit had the same specs but was in a cheaper case. It also had noise issues on startup so I took it into BB and the Geek member dropped it onto the concrete floor, no more noises. After a few hours of negotiating I ordered this pc for roughly a few $$ more. I have run this new unit for 3 days now without any problems. Highly recommend this build if you can still get it.

this is a great gaming machine, no need to upgrade hardware since right out the box this beast flys like a winged beast.

First gaming pc, this thing handles amazing. It is super fast, the graphics (Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti) are great on every game I have played so far, the secondary drive for storage is very handy specially when downloading lost of games and videos. Price wise this product was worth it, I have been saving up and finally decided to buy it and so far I have zero regrets. The lighting components are great it looks awesome, it is very quiet and one can add more fans if necessary for further temperature control. I was very happy with the extra items included the mouse and the keyboard.

I had high expectations for this computer when I ordered it. The specs looked really nice on paper and for the price it seemed too good to be true.. indeed it was. The parts used to build the machine are extremely cheap. I wondered why it only came with a one year warranty while iBuyPower offers 3, I now know that it probably won't last more than a year.. SSD brand was Kingston, HDD brand was Toshiba, and GPU brand is Zotac. All brands I wouldn't sell to my enemy.. if there's any good parts to this computer it's the MSI motherboard, and the liquid cooling comes with both push and pull fans. Honestly I don't see myself keeping this computer. If I'm spending nearly 2 grand on something I expect it to be quality.. this is just the cheapest they could get away with. Likely will return it and go for the iBuyPower again.

At the store, I was talked into buying an alienware aurora r6. After using it for a week, I wasn't fully satisfied-so I returned it. I then discovered this computer, it was currently on sale for $1829.99. For only around $200 more than the alien, so I decided to purchase this computer. It offered a 1080ti opposed to the alienware's stock 1080, and 32gb of ram, opposed to 16gb. While this much ram isn't needed, it's still a good deal. Anyways, this computer is amazing. Instantly boots up, runs extremely cool thanks to liquid cooling, and can play any game at a stable 60 fps in 2k max settings. Now, 4k gaming is very demanding yet this system handles it somewhat well. The only game I've tested so far is Mass Effect Andromeda, this system maintains a stable 35-40 frames and at lowest drops to 25, almost never though. I'd recommend this for someone looking to see what 4k gaming has to offer. This can also be used to completely dominate 2k gaming, because this system experiences almost virtually zero hiccups while playing in 2k. Besides the performance, the computer itself looks very nice and the rgb lighting can be changed via a button on the front side of the case. Additionally, the tempered glass case is something to behold, it looks marvelous. In conclusion, this computer is an absolute monster and is a great value for it's current on sale price. Pros: Fast Cool lighting effects Cables managed well Liquid cooled Cons: Non I can think of except the tempered glass is a fingerprint magnet Side note- This build came with an Asus Zotac 1080ti and I believe a Kingston ssd along with a msi motherboard

I ordered this because it had everything I was looking for in a new desktop PC. I use it for Video/Photo editing and gaming and it runs flawless. Its super quiet and runs nice and cool no matter what i throw at it. I've only had it a few weeks so can't really comment on longevity but it seems very well built and has quality parts. I paired mine with a 24'' ASUS Swift PG2480 Monitor and with the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti it looks insane. can't go wrong with this set up!

I purchased this system through my FlexShopper personal shopper program and it is an amazing machine for a new gamer to get. It comes out of the box with everything needed to get you up and running with all the necessary components for top of the line gaming. First, you have the GTX1080 TI with 11GB of memory, the I7-7700 Intel running at 4.2GHZ and the 32GB on board memory. Mine came with a Gigabyte motherboard (GA-Z270-HD3P) and had a water cooled CPU unit installed, with the optional LED strips for lighting. The boot drive was a 240 SSD and the secondary was a 3TB. I've added additional SSDs for my games with no major issues and the system is running like a champ. I've been clocking 85-125 FPS in most of my favorite games with all of the settings cranked to max. Granted, I'm not much of a tweak specialist or over-clock person, so if you have this skill-set, you could take it further. Personally, I have no complaints myself. The machine is absolutely quiet as a mouse. Loving my games! You will too. I'd highly recommend it for a new gamer.

Today (5/10/2017), I my order arrived at Bestbuy (ordered online) and I can't say enough good things yet. The first thing to mention is I purchased this computer $1849.99 (when it was $330 on sale). When I arrived at BestBuy to pickup, the price had changed to 1829.99 ($350 on sale), and the employee adjusted my price and refunded me $20 with me even asking. I purchased this computer online and had it shipped to a local Bestbuy for me to pick it up. After receiving it, I brought it back to the van and took it out just to inspect that the side glass panel was cracked/shattered (it wasn't). Upon arrival at home, I took everything out was pleasantly happy to see all the drivers disks and a recovery disk. The computer came with a keyboard and mouse (I already use a corsair keyboard and a razer deathadder) which was a nice add-on. It came with a wifi antenna that screws into the back as well as an DVI to HDMI adapter. The inside of the computer had a stuffing to secure the internals during transit. I top of the computer has a magnetic air filter pad than can be easily cleaned and placed back on top. The glass panel was easy to unscrew and is magnetic around the perimeter of the entire panel so it fits nicely back on the case. I inspected this computer for dings/cracks/scratches (would've immediately returned if found) but didn't find any. I ensured all my cables for the motherboard, GPU, etc were plugged in correctly before powering it up. This computer powered up in seconds and was completely setup as expected. There is no bloatware on the computer (so I didn't have to spend time uninstalling a bunch of useless programs). *One thing to note, I had read in previous reviews that other people had an issue with Windows not being activated. There is a little card in the box that tells you it doesn't come activated out of the box; there is a sticker on the side of the computer that you have to scratch off a portion off it (like a lotto ticket) to see the full code, and put that into the computer. I entered it just like the instructions said and it activated perfectly. This computer certainly lives up to its value (cheaper than what I could have built using pcpartpicker.com) as well as the ease of not having to build it myself (personally I didn't want to, but still commend people that do). I am partially writing this review because of how pleased I am with my purchase, but I am also doing this review because cyberpowerpc gives you a free headset if you give a review and show proof lol. My computer came with a ZOTAC brand GTX 1080 Ti & MSI brand motherboard. I will update this review if I have any problems, but so far it definitely exceeded my expectations and deserves a 5/5.

Everything worked great when I started it out of the box. 3 days later I can't even play a single game without it crashing. Now I have a 2 grand computer that cant even play league of legends without crapping out. Total waist of time and money :(

I received my CyberpowerPC today and so far I am very pleased with my purchase. I want to list all the parts included as some of the info was missing. Mother Board- ASUS H270-A-Pro GPU- Zotac 1080 TI Founders Edition RAM- ADATA 4x8gb ddr4 2400 Case- Phanteks Eclipse P400S Power Supply- Unknown Liquid Cooler- appears to be cyber powers own Wifi Card- Unknown SSD- Kingston 3tb Hardrive- Unknown (I will have to pull it out to read it and will update) There is also no bluetooth There is only one 120mm fan in the front for intake air so I will be adding more to help optimize cooling. Also the only exhaust fans are attached to the liquid cooler. The front of the case can support 3 120mm fans or 2 140mm fans. The top can support 2 120mm or 2 140mm fans. The rear of the case only has space for one fan which is taken by the liquid cooler set-up. This is my only gripe with the system but it is an easy fix. There is minimal fan noise coming from the case so that is a plus. The wire management is very nicely done and looks amazing with the provided led strip. The led lights can flip through 8 colors, white, blue, violet, pink, red, orange, yellow, and green. If you hold the light switch down for 2 seconds it will slowly pulse through the color you are on. Hold it down again for another 2 seconds and it will slowly filter through all 8 colors. Lastly if you hold it down for 10 seconds it will shut the lights off completely. I really like the lighting and all of the options available. I have been playing H1Z1 all day without any issues and I'm really enjoying my system so far. I will come back and update this after I have owned it for a bit longer.
