This product is great! When it came in the box nothing was broken. It does come with a FREE mouse and keyboard. The speed of this Machine is amazing.

Super quiet, sleek, plays games great! Best purchase ever!

Me and my brother specifically bought this desktop for gaming purposes and we love it! So far, we've been playing GTA 5 on ultra settings, Banished on high settings, Battlefield on high settings, and The Sims 4 on ultra settings, and it's been great!! The desktop is definitely worth every penny!!

Great overall PC awesome for someone who has a budget but still wants to upgrade, very clear upgrade path. The only issue that I had out of the box was that the top piece was broken, like the top of the case very easy enough to fix I just called cyberpower and they are sending me a new piece thanks for the great PC

Everything about this computer was great, it was ready to use straight out of the box, everything was assembled correctly. Cable management was terrific, everything is zip tied together and neatly organized. Many people might want to build a computer because it is cheaper, but it would be nearly impossible to build this computer for the price that you get this at. There is a great motherboard and power supply so everything can be upgraded if needed. Overall this computer is great!

I just had my cyberpower pc that I bought at best buy, it is very fast and efficient I LOVE IT !!

So far this PC has been nothing but a hassle. First it came with a different keyboard then what was pictured , not that a big deal but still annoying. Having to check that all wires inside are connected was understandable but also tedious. Especially since the only wire that was disconnected was the one for the hard drive which wasn't even near the hard drive. Over the past week more and more lights have been coming on inside the tower. At first only the blue light from the front fan was on, then the next day that blue light from the read fan came on, then a white light on the motherboard (near RAM), then another white light behind the MB (bottom right corner) and today another light behind the bottom left corner. I have no idea why these are slowly coming on and weren't all on originally. Even so these have all been small nuisances and otherwise there haven't been any problems until today. I was playing a game (SimCiity) and the screen started to flicker. I assumed it was the game so i exited it out and restarted. After a few minutes the screen froze with a checkerboard pattern of static squares (half were static while the rest were normal). This now keeps happening after about an hour of playing anything even on low settings It doesn't always happen the same way, sometimes it's a black screen with random pixels, sometimes the system just restarts. Now I'm stuck having to haul this 30 pound heap back to BB which is an hour away.

It's a great computer, all my games run great and the mouse and keyboard are good too.

For the price of this computer it works amazing, it plays some of my favorite games on max settings at about 60 fps. The added keyboard and mouse makes it great for beginners so they dont have to buy a new mouse and keyboard.

This computer exceeded my expectations in graphics capacity, and has been working well. Much easier than assembling one part by part.
