Customers highly value the Gamer Master Desktop's performance and its affordable price point. Many appreciate that it runs games smoothly and handles everyday tasks with ease. The included keyboard is also a plus for several buyers. However, a notable drawback is the lack of built-in Wi-Fi.

Our son wanted a gaming computer for his birthday so we chose this product because of the specs and compared to the other models, it was actually a good deal. The item was not in stock so we ordered it July 26 and it arrived in store on August 3. On August 5, we returned the computer because the CD-ROM drive wouldn't open. Geek Squad checked it out and determined the drive wouldn't even read a disc. So we ordered another one because once again, no models in stock. August 13 we picked up the new unit and had geek squad check it before leaving the store. All was working as it should for 3 days and then the computer would not recognize a monitor. We tried 3 different monitors with no luck and when we returned the unit back to Best Buy, the same thing happened with geek squad. They offered to order another unit but I was fed up and requested a refund. Never again will we buy another Cyberpower component.

Good for a college PC

Bought this for my daughter for college. We got it for the graphics card and price. Had to reset it to factory specs once already because of Windows issues and had to refresh all the drivers another time because it wasn't recognizing drivers. Seems to be working fine now. My daughter has it in her dorm and she hasn't told us there's other things wrong with it yet. We installed teamviewer so we can remote in and fix any problems. Had to do that once already. I'm not a Windows user (I like Mac myself) but she needed a Windows PC and the sales person at the store recommended this for the price. Other than the tweeks we've had to do to it it's working so that's good. Came with a nice keyboard and mouse and I heard it's good for gaming but we didn't buy it for that purpose so I can't review it on how it handles games. I would still recommend it for the price if you're computer literate and know your way around Windows.

I do not regret buying this tower, especially since I got it on sale. Can run many games on high graphic settings and you can switch between tabs quickly. Very, very few problems in performance. The decorative LEDs on the tower make a nice addition to the desk, and it is very fun to display. They keyboard it comes with works very well and also has fun LED back lighting you can change. The mouse is relatively slow at first, but this can be simply fixed in the settings. The main issue with the computer is there is no WIFI built in so you will have to buy an external WIFI adapter or plug the tower directly into a router. Other than that, solid computer.

This CyberpowerPC machine is great, got it on sale for $799, with everything, this would cost a little bit more if you are building it yourself.
Good:
- Runs anything at 1080p, High 60FPS with the RX 580 4GB
- Ryzen 5 1400 is a good 4 core 8 threads CPU to play more CPU intensive games like GTA V.
- 16GB OF DDR4-2400 ram, was amaze to see that this has two 8gb of DDR4 ram sticks instead of just 8gb like other machines.
- Comes with Manuals for the motherboard, Windows 10 CD for reinstallation.
Bad:
- Should have come with at least a 120gb SSD, that 2tb HDD is good, but it can sometimes be slow at booting up.
- At the normal price ($939), there are much better machines at this price. This machine should have had at least the 8GB RX 580 for long lasting gaming.
I would reccomend this machine if it is under $800. And please put an SSD for your boot drive for a better experience.

What is this PC? It's more than what it looks like. It's cheap (for the value of parts in it), its reliable, and it's one of the best things sold at Best Buy. It has by far surpassed my expectations with a flawless display and fast processor. I have not yet reached a single problem ever since the purchase of this CyberPower PC. So if you're in the market for a gaming PC, this is the one!

LOVE this computer. Nice big case with room for upgrades. 3 large lighted fans keep the air circulating and cool. Looks really nice with the lights. Runs flawlessly with several programs open, 8 tabs on my browser open. I bought an LG ips LED monitor and to take advantage of the graphics card. Very happy with my purchase!

I loved this machine your first. I was very diligent and the first two programs that I installed for Webroot antivirus and Malwarebytes before I installed anything else. The next programs that I installed were Dragon naturally speaking 12 and my email programs. Within the first few days the machine crash giving me the blue screen death. I ran the antivirus programs and nothing was found. I then tried to do some more installation and quickly found out that the machine says that I was running out of memory even though I had 16 GB. The machine crash again giving me the blue screen death. I called tech support with Best Buy and they suggested that I returned to the company to obtain a refund and a different machine. I bought an HP omen. Adding more memory and an external hard drive.

Good value on a great machine. The case is large and air flow is great. SEVERAL case fans to keep it cool. Plenty of room for upgrades and adding devices. The color lights add a nice ambiance to the room. Even with the color LED lights shut off, the internal fans have blue lights so it's always lit. You can shut the keyboard back lights off and/or change the color. The computer is exactly what I need for my needs. I run mostly boring work from home stuff yet I can run my Diablo III effortlessly with no lag. Some people prefer wireless, you can pick up a micro network adapter for under $40. A true gamer would want their system wired as to not lose any speed. When I received it, the power cord was defective. A quick call to CyberpowerPC and a new power cord is on it's way. Their customer service is fantastic to deal with. That was a HUGE reason for buying this brand. I knew BestBuy would take the computer back and swap it out, but I already had my programs loaded on to it. I temporarily used the power cord from my old system.
If you're on the fence about this system, the great customer service alone, should push you over the edge with your decision. I highly recommend this system.

This product has a lot of space in it to grow. Even the you will need to install a pci express card or buy a wifi adapter. Overall its a four out of five only because i had to buy a wifi adapter.

I really enjoy this computer, The price is phenomenal for the deal you are getting. I do not regret this purchase. One slight thing for buyers to know is that this computer doesn't come with built in wifi, but I bought a usb adapter for $10 and it works great.

This computer works well. I had a few issues with screen connectivity, but it seems to work fine now after a replacement. There is no wireless Wi-Fi or bluetooth, but both things can be easily managed I'm told. Should be a good computer for light gaming.
