We bought this PC in early April, and before the month was up the thing quit working properly. This is not the first CyberPower PC we have had trouble with unfortunately. The brand seems to be a low quality brand with lots of faults. Would not recommend this brand to anyone. Best Buy was very nice and accommodating. They refunded our money, and we have gone with a different brand PC.

I have been playing games for about a 1.5 weeks now, on Ultra settings, works great. I did have two issues, Windows 10 Home would not activate and when i would start computer I would get an error (NO adl load ) clicked ok then NO AMD graphics driver installed window would pop up. This computer has a Nvidia Graphics. To the point I called Cyberpower Customer Service, I was on hold less than 5 Min. talked to a Tech, he sent me an e-mail with links. Both problems solved. Great customer service.

The WORST Shipping I’ve Ever Seen...

First of all, this PC is good for gaming. It has all the right specifications and all. The only thing that is horrible about this is that the shipping takes WAY TOO LONG to deliver to my house. There was an unreasonable delay on my order that postponed it another week later. It took almost A WHOLE MONTH for them to ship a product like this. This delay made me have no computer to use because of plans for my old computer. I think it is extremely ridiculous the fact that they delayed my order when it already took long enough without the delay.
This order delay made me very disappointed the day I discovered the delay. But overall, this gaming pc is great for gaming, video editing, and work.

Excellent gaming PC have had for about two weeks and it runs great! 140+ FPS on the most popular triple A titles. Runs Call of duty Warzone without a problem on a 144hz monitor with 144fps+. Love this PC and would recommend it to anyone. Great price for a prebuilt.

I got this pc and it came in broken pieces from shipping geek squads nerdy selves doesn’t wanna help the fan came detached from the case and everything what a darn mess they talked me into buying this terrible piece of butt my mommy got this early for me for my birthday on July 1st and this is what I get

The pc wasn't what it looks like on the website. That said, everything inside is the same. the case is a bit of a hard point with the front fans only held on by plastic pegs.
TLDR: some assembly required.

So, on march 29, i bought this pc for my sons birthday. So, heres the first problem; it took 2 WEEKS for it to come. When it came, we set it up and followed everything on the paper step by step. We connected everything and then turned the monitor and the pc on. Second problem; the pc fans and lights started turning on and off and it wasnt showing anything on the monitor. I unplugged it then plugged it back in after a couple minutes. I turned it on and everything stayed on but nothing popped up on the monitor except for "no signal". I know alot about computers and yes, i connected it to the bottom graphics card hdmi. I even switched out the monitor and hdmi cables but no luck. I contacted cyberpower to see maybe if it was a manufacturing issue. They told me to reseat the graphics card and i did. But still, no luck. I contacted cyberpower again and they told me to call bestbuy and either exchange or give it back. I wanted to exchange, but it was out of stock. So i returned it instead. My son was very sad when he found out that the computer was broken after many days of waiting. I just want to see if you could fix it and give it back maybe?
