This is a great pc for anyone looking to start pc gaming. I purchased this a few days ago and it runs like a dream. I play a lot of Fortnite and this is a great upgrade from PS4. A very fast pc. I was going to build my own computer, but found this computer that had almost all of the same specs of the computer that I was going to build. The computer came with two free games (the email with the code went to my junk mail). I love gaming on this pc. The only downsides to this purchase are the average at best keyboard and mouse that come with it. I still use my controller so it's not a big issue for me, but if I get into keyboard and mouse I will most likely upgrade these components.

I was always a laptop person and kept trying to play my video games on my laptop although it was fine and easy even if I used a gaming laptop it always ended up being stationary. I'm such a noob when it comes to the ins and outs of computers- this computer is such a great prebuild and has plenty of room for if and when I want to do my homework and customize it!

Bought this to replace an I7 ShuttlePC I built about 10 years ago. Works great for the few Steam games the family plays (Bendy, Naruto, TF2, Hello Neighbor, a few others), Roblox and Epic (Fortnite) games. Other apps I've used without issue are O365, vMix, Camtasia, SnagIt, AmazonMusic, iTunes, and few others. I'm using the built-in wifi adapter to access my Xfinity modem about 20' away without issue. I'm also using a Bluetooth speaker about 5' away and the setup works well, ignoring the fact that my speaker goes to sleep if no sound is detected for 5 minutes. Everyone loves the lights in/on the case and mouse. What I really loved about this PC was that it contained absolutely NO BLOAT-WARE (none of that "free" software you get preloaded on most name-brand pre-built systems), it was just a pristine Windows 10 installation. My only complaints would be that the buttons on the included Elite M1-131 mouse are apparently not customizable ... for that you need the "Pro" version (c'mon, Cyberpower you should have just included it). Also, the included keyboard isn't working well for me, though not yet sure if it's me or the keyboard - everyone has had occasional trouble, particularly when typing passwords that contain any upper-case letters (Shift key issue?). After about 3-weeks of medium use we've had only one "glitch" where the keyboard and mouse became totally unresponsive after one of the kid's gaming sessions ... keeping an eye on that one.

Pros: It runs great. Handles most of the games I play (Total War, GTA V, Apex) I love the RGB feature and it has a good amount of storage. Fast boot up system about 30secs. Cons: The fans for the video card can be pretty loud sometimes depending on what your settings are. THE BIG ONE, I had no problems up until two-three weeks in, my PC started going straight into BIOS when starting it up. It would not find the SSD card and so I would toy with it by shutting it off and turning it on until It found the SSD. This went on for a good two months, some days it would come on no problem and other days it would do this and go into BIOS. Finally, I was playing a game and it froze up on me as well as my other monitor. So I shut my pc off and went to turn it back on and back into BIOS we went except this time there was no finding the SSD card. Regardless of turning it off and on, unplugging the SSD and plugging it back in. So I had to send it out to CyberPower which now I wait for a nee SSD. Not the biggest of problems but kind of annoying when I have only had the PC for 4months. Hopefully upon recieving the new SSD everything goes back to normal. Overall, I believe I was just unlucky that it happened to me and that this doesnt happen that often. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get a pc and possibly upgrade it as you go. Its a great machine and gets the job done when it works.

Bought this as birthday present for my son who turned 14 yrs old. The specs are really great for a computer in this orice range. I looked at building one similar and it would have cost quite a bit more. The pc was packaged well and it was delivered right on time. The included mouse and keyboard are actually very good quality. Setting the pc up was quite easy and everything is explained well in the included quick set up pamphlet. It booted right up and windows started loading and updating. The multicolor lights are all over this tjing and o have to say it looks really cool. Navigating was quick and smooth and my son says the steam games he plays have worked flawlessly. We haven't played around with any of the settings so right out of the box this is plug and play. So far very happy with this purchase.

Once I unboxed it and hooked it all up I was quite happy. I immediately updated the bios and Windows 10. No issues. I started reading the reviews and there were a few concerns about the power supply. As I intended to upgrade to the 2700x I took a peek and discovered it was a 450W power supply. The graphics card (RX 580) stated it should be a minimum of 500 watts. I believe for just a few more dollars Cyberpower PC could have put in at least a 600W power supply. So I purchased a 650W at Best Buy and immediately changed it out. The motherboard is a MSI B450 Bazooka. Decent board with decent online reviews. The bios was super easy to navigate. I added 2 matched sticks of memory to get the full DDR effect. It came with one 8 gig stick. Overall the desktop was solid, it was aesthetically pleasing, and seemed well built. 4 stars because of the power supply.

I purchased this computer as my boyfriends Christmas gift. Truthfully I’m an Apple girl and other than that I don’t know much about PCs. With the help of Best Buy I was able to pick out a computer that was user friendly to Apple lovers and allowed my boyfriend to game as much as he wants to with no issues. This computer is very pretty with the colorful tower and plexi glass. You can add more ram if needed however it has a lot already. It was easy to set up and navigate. I would recommend this to anyone who games or is just looking for a good computer. I didn’t buy the screen to go with it and mine runs just as smooth as if I did. I also like that it came with a mouse and keyboard as well.

This computer is a great gaming computer and easy to set up. I did upgrade Ram to 32 Gb from 8. The Ram was easy to install. I am having one issue which I am sure I will resolve, but it is disconcerting. I go to boot up, and the screen tells me I need to select the boot drive or insert the boot media. But the computer comes with no CD/DDR drive, so not possible to do the latter. After spending a couple hours trying different things, I saw that I had about a three second window to hit the F12 function key when the computer was booting. This let me enter set up. I discovered that I could select Windows Boot Manager, and the computer would boot normally. I am still trying to figure out how to have this done automatically so I don't have to use this additional step when I turn my computer on. I have no idea why this happened, but it began about two weeks after getting the computer and a week after installing the new Ram.

My old PC was built in 2010 and had WIN 7. I had a budget and a goal to upgrade. I considered building one myself but the collective cost of parts alone was more than the cost of this prebuild. It also came with my choice of two free games so with the new hardware, Division 2, Resident Evil 2, and WIN 10 it was an easy choice that fit well with my budget. Getting it at Best Buy vs ordering direct from Cyberpower was also a bonus for me because I was able to see it in person before buying, it was also cheaper. I would have given it five stars except for two minor issues. 1. The keyboard that came with it had a damaged key, the 9 key would stick and I wasn't able to fix it. Not a big deal since I use a better gaming KB anyway. 2. There's already a slight rattle of what sounds like the hardrive or maybe GPU when the shooting gets heavy in Division 2. I have only had the PC for a month.

Fits all my needs. Wanted a pc that could perform every day tasks with ease and the potential to get into gaming as well as being easily upgraded. Only problem I’m having is the WiFi sometimes connects, but doesn’t provide internet. Luckily I can just hard wire.

This was the first PC that I have ever purchased/ owned. Prior to purchasing this I was looking into building a PC for $1000+, because that is what i have been told to do by friends with PC's. I have also been told that buying pre-built PC's is a bad idea, but this made me realize that is not true. This PC can run several games on high settings easily, and it is fully up gradable if you ever want to add different parts. overall I am very happy with this PC and I 100% recommend it for anyone looking to get one who is not super tech savvy.

I bought this open box gaming computer from my local Best Buy. They brought down the sticker price a little because of a random screw that was loose in the case. I added some RAM (now 16GB) and this machine can run ANY game! The only complaint is that when I play more demanding games (more action, better graphics), the fans run at maximum power which gets loud and the case gets very warm. It does not come with any CD or DVD drive...times are changing. This PC is air/fan, not water cooled. WARNING = OPEN BOX COMPUTERS (regardless of reason) VOID THIS MANUFACTUERS (CYBERPOWER) ONE-YEAR WARRANTY! This was news to Best Buy so they gave me a free year of Geek Squad protection.

I was looking to build a new computer but saw this in store on sale. It had everything I wanted and then some. The side panel is nice tempered glass, the lights have a bunch of modes and colors that can be changed with a click of a button on the tower. This thing is clean. As for performance, I will mainly be using this for Adobe Creative Cloud apps. Have had no issues, and getting great performance. Will need to upgrade the 8gb memory stick in the future though. For gaming, all I play is World of Warcraft, playing BfA on 8-9 settings and getting 80-100fps, raids can drop to 30 but still looks great. Overall I was skeptical on this PC but am really impressed. Great for the price and plenty of room to upgrade. The mobo, PSU, and RAM are on the cheaper side, but no issues so far.

I'm a photographer and videographer who needed a computer that could handle photo and video editing with multitasking. My brother also enjoys gaming and has had a great experience playing his games at 60fps. This is the perfect starter computer and at the pre black Friday sale pricing, this was honestly a steal considering the specs included. I was going to build my own computer but this deal was a much better bargain. For starters, this is a very nice looking computer. There is one led case fan on the back, one non led fan on the front, and a non led fan on the processor. The bootup time is very fast thanks to the SSD. I've used Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere on this baby and they all load fast and I have no lag issues at all. I rendered and exported a couple of edited 1 minute videos in premiere in less than a minute. Photos in lightroom and photoshop load pretty fast. I will say if I have them all open at once on top of having multiple Chrome tabs open, it lags just slightly, and I mean super slightly, but that's an easy fix with upgrading the ram later to maybe 16gbs, but I can manage on 8gbs for now, even with editing large RAW images. I only noticed because I was being super observant to make sure I got a good value for my money. I was looking for any reason to take it back but I honestly love this computer If you're looking for a solid computer for editing or gaming, this one is great. The processor has a base clock speed of 3.4ghz and is a 6 core 12 thread. My system typically runs at about 3.5ghz and i havent done any overclocking or tweaking at all. Photographers, videographers, and gamers, get this computer.

I got this computer for Christmas and i love it. Its graphics card is OK and everything else is great. It is vr(oculus) ready. I haven't had any issues with it. I run fortnight AT 200 fps. I like the colors. The only issue is when I set it up the instructions said to plug the HDMI into the motherboard instead of the graphics card.
