Quick buy. Case looks GREAT! Very quiet so far. Took only 2 weeks to arrive unlike some places where you may have to wait months due to graphics card shortages, but it definitely was worth the wait. Only thing I wish the case had was more space for HDD; only has space for 2. Wanted a reasonably priced gaming PC to replace my 10 year old computer and glad I chose this one.

The prebuilt is working great without any issues. I would highly recommend this to someone who's looking for a prebuilt.

This is my first gaming PC, bought on recommendation, and I've been super happy with it the past few years. It runs well and I'm able to play all the games I've tried with no problem. My only complaint is how loud the fans are, but I've gotten used to it - I adjusted the fan settings and at least it's consistent now and not constantly getting louder/quieter.

TL;DR - I'm rating 4 stars since I had to buy my own CPU fan to solve the loudness issue. I had three issues that all seemed to coincide together and were solved by buying this pre-built: My business' main computer died I intended to upgrade my home pc's GPU this year My wife's home pc needed to be upgraded I've been trying to purchase a 3060 since its release in December. Prior to this purchase, I would NEVER have considered buying a pre-built computer. I've built 5 pcs so far and I've always saved the markup and researched all the exact components and built them myself. After getting burned more than a dozen times on "in stock" notifications for 3060's (only to lose out to bots), I was finally resolved to consider a pre-built. My business' front desk pc dying was the nail in the coffin and that week I noticed this pre-built show up as in-stock at my local store. The Construction I'm pleasantly surprised by this pc. The case I might actually like better than the one I have for my custom built pc. The biggest complaint I have is the skimpy space for expandable storage, but my case is more than suitable for this and my wife (who is using this pre-built) doesn't need more than one extra HDD, which I added right after opening the box. The wiring is actually fairly well done, but it was stuffed fairly tight into the storage bays and I had to spend ~10 minutes shifting everything in order to add the storage drive. The Components Most of these I already knew about and are why I hit the "purchase" button. The CPU and GPU are excellent and are obviously as advertised. The RAM is acceptable and I will likely upgrade it in the next year. The MoBo is just okay and there was definitely some mark up happening here. It's not enough for me to swap it and upgrade, but it is slightly underwhelming. The CPU fan was the biggest disappointment. It's LOUD. Maybe I'm spoiled in all my custom builds? I literally don't know how anyone could deal with this noise during a work session. I instantly purchased another Noctua heat sink which I now use in all my builds, and installed it. This added $65 extra to the cost of this pc. The pre-installed main storage (the ssd it advertises) is actually an m.2 card which I was pleasantly surprised to see. The MoBo has no other slots for extra, but I'm happy to see an "acceptable" WD card. Final Thought I will likely never buy another pre-built. I'm not the intended demographic for these, but the unique circumstance I found myself in had me problem solving and I'm happy that this product existed. I think the markup is fair and I'm overall pleased with the unit. My only actual complaints are the fan and the EVGA 3060 which is suffering from EVGA's notorious fan clicking/grinding. I solved the latter issue by changing the fan curves using EVGA's X1 software. That's not on CyberPowerPC, that's an EVGA thing. I'm rating 4 stars since I had to buy my own CPU fan to solve the loudness issue.

Came a bit late with shipping, the packaging was well handled. The fans are typical for this type of build don't think that it'll be really quiet but still decent just when it ramps up you can hear it. Comes with a Ryzen 5 3600,RTX EVGA 3060, 1500Gb (if you selected if you go for the highest it'll give you the rx650 so be careful when choosing), ASRock B450/ac R2.0 Motherboard, and 16GB T Force 3000MHz Ram (Also if selected but the MHz you cant change), as well as a 600watt 80+ Thermaltake power supply so you get very little wiggle room for upgrade.

2 Years with this computer, it has had its up and downs. Had to upgrade the power supply as well as a new SSD, overall not a bad experience though.

Very solid pricing. So far no problems with the pc, been using for a couple hours now and it runs smoothly. As others have said the fans are a bit loud but its not a big issue. Overall excited to test some games out.

So far, so good. Everything arrived very well packaged. Everything worked straight out of the box. Took about 4-5 to arrive. I checked over all the cables and made sure everything was connected before turning on. This can easily be done by removing 4 small screws on the back of the panel to remove the glass on one side and the black panel on the other side. I would recommend doing this before initial start up. The cable management was a little messy but too be expected. Obviously seen a lot of complaints about the power supply units in CyberPowerPC prebuilds. Mine came with a Thermaltake Smart Series 600W 80+ Gold for reference. I don't plan on overloading this PC but I would imagine an upgrade will be necessary down the road. Overall, it seems well built out of the box. It does run a little loud during game but it's not unbearable in my opinion.

Best priced gaming pc for the 30 series right now, however the cpu fan is way too loud, even when the pc is doing nothing. So loud it hurts the gaming experience, and it doesn’t properly cover the cpu to get full cooling. I ordered and installed a separate cooler to stop the noise. Also the case fans are plugged in molex( directly on power supply and not motherboard) so they’re always at 100% power and you can’t change it. This isn’t that big of a deal as they’re not too loud. Other than the fans, pc is running good and playing all the games I throw at it.

Works great. the sockets where the wifi connectors are a bit loose for some reason but im using an ethernet cable anyways. its a bit too loud though lol but plays outriders in ultra around 100 fps so its a beast!

I got this about three weeks ago and it runs like a dream! The set up was smooth and very fast. The temps while gaming in ultra settings are between 50-56 celsius most of the time, but will kick up little higher at times when there is lots of players and massive amount of graphic effects. It has never gotten above 66 more than a second or two when cooling kicks in. My only complaint would be when temps get a little higher fan kicks up faster for a few seconds. It's not super loud, but you know when the fan kicks up higher.

My son loves this PC !!!! It is fast and graphics card is great . The Best Buy employee walked us thru all the computer jargon and made this purchase super easy . Set up was simple . The only draw back is the fans get a little loud when downloading but the unit stays cool . And one screw was loose , but quick fix . Overall if your confused by all the tech talk your kids do , this will make them happy and save you hours of grief searching all over the net for the right machine .

This PC has an RTX 30 series card for a reasonable price considering the market. Shipment was a little delayed but that could have been Best Buy's end or CyberPower's. Outside box was a little scuffed, but the packing on the inside is durable, and you can tell they care about the PC components. Sticker on the I/O shield is a nice touch for people not familiar with discrete graphics, but be careful peeling it. Cable management is nice. Maybe it is just because I am not used to Ryzen CPUs, but it seems to run hot and loud. Might upgrade the cooling...

This pc is great for entry level gaming. Plays most games on high settings with little to no issues. If i had to pick the only thing i can pick on is the thermals. Most high end games will run up the gpu to a toasty 75°c at times so extra fans or a new case would be my only recommendations. Lights are great and have several presets mother board has an extra slot for 1 more fan.

This PC delivers more than the after tax price of $1300. If you are looking for a budget computer that outperforms other 1500+ computers, then this is the one. So far, the fan was a little loud, but it was an easy fix in the default settings and it runs like a dream. That is one common complaint but after a little research, the problem is fixed (loud fan) and it runs call of duty at 170fps.

I got a CyberPowerPC from Best Buy. I picked it up in-store, which was quick and easy. Glad I followed the instructions and checked to see if anything came loose in transit. One of the RAM came off the RAM slots, but I easily reinserted it. I have been using the PC for 10 days it is beautiful and runs well. Note: The fans were so loud at all times the first few days. I almost took my PC apart, but I found out the processor state default minimum was set to 99% and the maximum 100%. After making adjustments a few days ago it’s so much better.

I have been using the PC for a few weeks and so far it's performing quite well. Mine came with a Gigabyte RTX 3060 Gaming OC. This card has 3 fans and runs quietly. Overall, a really good PC. Highly recommended.

I bought this computer after not being able to get a new Nvidia 30 series and figured a prebuilt would be worth the extra money, and boy was I right! I got home from a trip and almost immediately had it running. Great buy, would recommend!
