This is my sons first gaming PC and he absolutely loves it. He is able to play all the games he likes on steam and origin. It’s extremely fast and it’s not even directly connected to the internet. I myself have used it to check my email and I was blown away with how fast it loads webpages being wireless. Also the ease of setting it up. He was able to get right on and play immediately. Highly recommend this PC.

Great Gaming and all around amazing basic PC. Only thing that would make this even better is if they had a bigger SSD.

This is good computer, the putting in wire part was a bit confusing. But it was simple and easy. The computer and keyboard works great so far!

So far this computer has been an awesome investment. I can play ESO, FF Online, and any other game I want to play with little to no issues. Arrived well packaged and the computer is obviously expandable with more HD space and RAM. I do recommend adding an additional HD through, good games take up a LOT of room. Also runs my art programs smoothly.

This PC is really fast and is really good at streaming games, and I believe that the price for this item was very well worth it.

I've been looking for awhile for a new pc. I was attracted to this pc for the build and looks. I get it home and was very impressed. This machine looks cool right down to the mouse and keyboard...but more importantly performs great! Setup was easy. No complaints.

This computer works really well and can run pretty much everything. Battlefield 2042 at 60fps with v-sync on is achievable, which is good enough for me, coming from consoles and laptop. However, I would recommend getting more storage since 500 GB just isn’t enough and more ram just to give it that little boost.

I've had this PC for a couple months now and I've enjoyed it. I've always been a console player, and this PC has been a nice transition into the PC Universe. At first, I was having trouble with the Bluetooth. It seemed like it had Bluetooth, but I didn't have an on/off switch for the function. I tried everything but I couldn't get it to work. I didn't really need it at the time, but it actually just recently started working. That has been the only problem I've had with this PC. I have an issue with my cobalt colors looking purple, but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my monitor; as I've adjusted some of the display settings to get it somewhat close. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to start playing on PC. I also use Photoshop and have used it for a short period. I started using Photoshop on Mac, and to me, it seems like its running fine on this Microsoft PC; as it should. I also use FL studio to record music and have also used it for a short period of time, and it runs great. Great Product at a great price!

Really beautiful and easy to set up, shipped and arrived in a few hours! No problems with storage and can't wait to start gaming! PS Windows 10 is already installed, no need to install and it set up in like 5 minutes tops!

This CyberPower Pc is not bad, but its not great either. I normally would have built my own, but given the current issues with graphics cards I went for what was available. This was the only one BestBuy had that was decent. The good: For a baseline gaming PC that you can upgrade easily, its pretty decent. The specs are acceptable and can definitely get you started. Its a nice case, good power supply, rgb lighting, case fans, all good. Now for the bad: The cheap Gigabyte mother board (b450m) is garbage and outdated. CPU fan control was horrible and fan speeds were constantly ramping up to full for no reason. (Super loud and Annoying). Even adjusting the fan curve and updating the bios didn't help. The CPU fan (coolermaster) is also garbage. Out of the box it was rattling and hitting the fan shroud. This is just bad quality control on CyberPowers part. The keyboard and mouse are complete junk. So, with very few options available I decided to keep it, but immediately upgraded the mother board, added 32gbs of ram and replaced the cpu cooler, and tossed the keyboard and mouse aside for my Logitech ones. Now its a respectable gaming machine. To CyperPower, please take note, If it wasn't for these crazy times and wanting the RX580 card, I would have returned this PC. So please stop putting cheap junk parts in these builds, and you guys really need to step up your quality control. For just a few bucks more, I turned this thing into what it should have been out of the box. You can have the Gigabyte board back. ;) Cheers all.

Right out of the box its doing great and installation was super easy. I haven't been a PC gamer since the early 2000s and CyberPower made the process a lot easier than I had anticipated to get back into it. Pretty cool!

For my very first PC, after several months of owning, gets the job done. Runs all the games I wanted it too without hardly any problems. It’s is very fast and all other expectations were met. Only thing is you have to buy speakers or just use a headset for any audio.
