Good computer. Fast Ryzen 9 processor. Very good video card. NVME boot drive is very fast. Multiple SATA interfaces. I was told by Best Buy that this unit came with Windows 10 Professional, but it didn't; it came with Windows Home. The case is very tall and wide (bulky); required me to increase the shelf height. The front it not removable thus, it can't really take a BluRay or DVD drive that can accessed from the front. Minimal documentation came with unit. I would have appreciated more documentation on mother board and video card.

Really nice computer out of the box. My computer was ordered from and delivered by Best Buy, got here sooner than expected and was in good condition no wear and tear and everything was packaged neatly. I recommend this computer for any gamer it's been playing big titles smooth for me and is super quiet while running. Great computer no complaints, everything is real on the build and they did a great job on the entire computer.

Love this PC! It has been great for gaming and streaming at the same time with incredible quality. It can handle very strenuous games along with the intensity of streaming. The LEDs are very pretty also (and customizable)

Great Desktop came in perfect condition when delivered and love the performance of it would highly recommend it to any gamers out there.

I loved my old Cyber Power PC but it had seen its last breath. (Over 10 years old). So I decided to buy this one and wasn't disappointed. It has enough power to run the latest games with ease at the highest settings.

Came in 1 Day early with no damage and booted right up. Seems to perform well and looks great.

Got mine a couple days ago…. Faulty GPU out of the box toke it back to Best Buy…. With the GPU shortage they can’t give me a replacement. So I have a choice to either return or buy a new gpu out of pocket to replace a gpu on my 2 days old computer. Disappointing I would love for this pc to work but return it is.

This is our 2nd PC from Best Buy and once we started it up it gave us a green screen. We had to return this PC AGAIN and reorder a new one in place of this.

Great pc, works great with any game you put on it and runs smoothly without being too loud
