I purchased this PC late last year because the zombie PC that I had was over 7 years old and was starting to have problems. I suspect Windows 10 was overloading it a bit and possible hardware issues were to blame, but I digress... I could have built a PC, but component prices lately have been rough so I did a little research, read some reviews, and dove in to purchase this beast. So far, I've had no issues. It runs smooth and much faster than the old, half alive machine I had before. I've been giving it only light work, such as reviewing study materials, light web surfing, and the occasional spelunking with Doom, or The Elder Scrolls Online. Frame rates seem buttery smooth, and I've had no hiccups in performance. Mine came with a wireless adapter, but this machine sits on the opposite end of the house from my router (no repeaters), so I'm using a powerline adapter to keep the interwebs flowing at an acceptable level. The only problem I have with the PC is with it's motherboard/CPU... don't get me wrong, they run fine. It's just that intel has rendered the motherboard obsolete for future upgrades. In my case, this shouldn't affect me much, since it seems I'll likely not even attempt an update for the next 3-4 years... Bottom line: It runs great and I have no complaints.

I purchased this computer for my two kids so that they would have a decent gaming computer, but we got more than expected out of this product. It is far faster than expected, supports 5 monitors, the second HDD operates quietly and quickly, and the setup was simple. Everything is working perfectly right out of the box, and my kids were already playing it in less than an hour after starting the setup.

This computer was everything a gamer is looking for. Runs every game at max graphics. Incredibly fast would recommend for anyone looking for a game computer.

my only complaints are that it was a little difficult to get it register to cyberpower and getting windows online and ready for use but the out come is worth it this tower is excellent for pc gamers. :)

Great for gaming (I have a 4k monitor and game at 4k resolution @ 60fps). Also great for artists who work with 3d models and render stuff (my fiance is a lighter and compositor).

Bought this gaming desktop for teenage grandson. Worked great right out of the box. Small issue with Bluetooth, but it is being resolved right now. He loved the fact it had name brand components that will make updating easy in the future. Easy order and pickup at store. Great computer!

I've had the PC for a couple of days now and it runs great. Only downside is that there doesn't seem to come with Bluetooth hardware, (unless I'm missing something? It's not listed in the specs so I wasn't expecting it to) but Bluetooth adapters are really cheap to buy so it's not a big issue. Overall, I think it's an amazing PC for its current sale price ($1,799.99)

Excellent characteristics of the computer... I was planning on build my own computer and cyber power made the ideal computer for me, with all that I need and more! Don't doubt one buying it!

This is my first gaming PC and it has not disappointed. The CPU and GPU are amazing and run any games I play without difficulty. The tower casing, keyboard, and gaming mouse that it come with are awesome also!

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with my new machine. I was looking for a powerful tower for video editing. I read the reviews, it had the specs I needed. I chatted with the Best Buy customer services multiple times to make sure this was the one. Oh my god this has been the worst machine I've had in my whole life and I'm stuck with it because NOBODY can help me. Just to name a few of the issues: just as it arrived as soon as I turned it on, it was giving me blue screen every second. I would restart, blue screen, restart, blue screen, and this is a new machine! I was able to contact the manufacturer and they had to do a roll back on certain things. Imagine my face, right when you happily receive your machine and it just doesn't work. The wireless internet card is absolutely terrible. It comes with an antenna to make it better, but it keeps cutting out the internet every 5 minutes, I swear, every 5 min. The worst for me is the USB ports on the upper part of the machine. If I unplug anything from the upper ports, all the rest of the devices that are also connected in any of the 4 ports get disconnected, they get forcedly ejected, like if there was a hardware issue that when you pull a usb cable from it everything gets shut down. Imagine that, me working with 2 hardrives in my editing software, and I keep getting the whole project wrongly disconnected and missing data because I just CANT unplug anything properly. DisplayPort doesn't work. I bought a high end 4K monitor along with this machine, beautiful, to be able to use de DisplayPort, IT DOESNT WORK in the machine. I cannot see anything from that input. Wireless keybord and mouse just lag, it has a terrible delay so typing is impossible unless I connect a keyboard into the usb port (cables and cables, why?). This issues have come up day after day. I've been talking to Best Buy and the manufacturer, I past the 15 days of return trying to deal with this issues one by one, which I didn't know it was 15 days. Best Buy said: I'm sorry we cannot do anything. They knew I was struggling with the machine since day 1 because I called them first and they opened a ticket for me. They sold me a BAD machine. They said to contact the manufacturer. I did at least 5 times, they cannot receive it either because it was sold by a 3rd party (BestBuy). They have been trying to help me (the manufacturer) omg doing all sort of things, I had to reinstall windows, open the machine, try to move the mother board, try to reinstall drivers. It's so unfair, so unfair that I paid this amount of money and I have a machine that doesn't work properly and nobody responds to me as I deserve as a client. This is not right. This was a machine sold to me that is FULL OF PROBLEMS. So no, despite all the awesome reviews this machine has, which I trusted them for my selection, this machine iS TERRIBLE. I'm late in all my editing jobs because of all the issues, and it has been a very bad experience. Everybody is washing their hands, and I spent this sum of money to make my life better and easier for my job, and it has been totally the opposite. Very very very unfair.

Take it out of the box make sure everything is plugged in and booted it up and running like a charm

THIS COMPUTER SO FAR GREAT. ITS RUNS SMOOTHLY.IT"S PRETTY QUIET AND I LIKE THE KEYBOARD AND MOUSE IT CAME WITH IT

This computer is really good! Only problem is that it doesn't have a DVD player. It is still really cool!
