As a long-time gamer and first-time gaming PC buyer, getting everything set up was a breeze. As a father of a rambunctious four-year-old, I don't have the time and energy to build a high-quality gaming PC from the ground up, so it's nice that this contains upper-level components right out of the box. It was basically a plug-in-and-play experience. The PC runs smoothly, and games that previously struggled performance-wise look crisp and perform well. The internals are well-designed, secure, and organized. So far I'm very happy with this purchase, and I'm excited to see what this machine is capable of!

Really good gaming PC, especially for the price. My only issue so far is one of the USB ports (the top front one) not working, but hopefully I can resolve that soon. Otherwise, everything else works great.

I purchased the original from El Cajon and it was missing the Nvidia card so I had to return it and drive to Chula Vista to get another one. It's advertised as AMD 7 but mine came with AMD 5. Also states Nvidia 3070 but mind was Nvidia 3060. They claim it's 16gb VRAM but again mine came with 8gb. I had to spend money actually upgrading the PC to what is advertised. The computer itself has been amazing but just be aware that what's advertised may not be the actual inter workings because it seems to be pieced together with whatever was laying around. Disappointed in misadvisement but not with the actual PC itself. DONT THROW YOUR RECEIPT AWAY!

Had an issue with the GPU on the 1st one I tried. Exchanged it the next day and this one is working like a beauty. Great value for the price.

Love this pc, does everything I need and more. My games run great, super pleased I made the switch over to pc. Also on top of the case..the button with the arrow going in a circle is not a reset button, it actually changes the RGB colors of the fans! I was hesitant when I was purchasing, only cause it’s a lot of money and you want to make sure it’s going to meet all your needs, but I will say that I have no regrets and you won’t either.

I get 240 fps in Rocket League on this PC. It's fast and relatively quiet. Overall a great purchase!

Although it is not just a simple plug and play it is not very complicated to get going, instructions are very clear, very easy customer service to deal with. Overall good purchase

The computer was easy to setup. It works great and starts up quickly. It is very quiet when running.

The original price wasn't bad, but on Black Friday, it was amazing. I checked how much it would have cost to build it, and it was way more than what Best Buy was offering. worth the money. One recommendation I have is that when getting this PC, buy Graphics Card GPU Brace Support. From the picture, you can see the GPU sags.

I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed with this machine! As someone who’s been gaming for years and recently got into some video editing, I needed something that could handle both, and this PC delivers on all fronts.

PC Runs really smooth with the games I play, so far I really like it. Only minor downside is the random brand source of parts, so you can't really determine the quality well.
