Absolutely amazing!! I've been on console for so long and have been doing homework on my MacBook for ages as well so i never knew when would be the right time to switch to PC. It's so easy to connect my apple products as well as my Xbox products to the same thing. It does take a little time to get used to but long term, super worth it in the end. Honestly i 've been hooked to it for some weeks now and now i need to go touch some grass.XD

My 12 year old Son loves this gaming PC, great product atta great price and sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about what would be best for him and his future of gaming... Thanks again y'all

Picked up today, my first ever gaming pc so we'll see how it performs. It looks great, running smooth so far. My only negative remark is whoever built this didn't catch that one of the wires got caught between one of the hdmi ports so i had to carefully lift the plate to pull it out.

Hooked this guy up and it worked right away. A few weeks in and it hasn't given a hiccup of problems. Plays all the newest games with no issues.

This system is everything I have wanted from my next PC and more. I believe I'm now in the process of phasing out my Series X. This has made my Xbox irrelevant as I can upload not just my Xbox games, but the saves I have on them!... Lol

This PC runs beautifully, definitely worth the upgrade. 2 TB of storage seems unreal coming from around 100 something GB on a laptop

I absolutely enjoy this PC, it is able to run most of the latest games at ultra quality and still maintain 60 fps. It is a great deal especially when it is on sale.

Bought the Cyber pc about 5 months ago and I feel it’s a really great purchase for the price for a gaming pc I really enjoy it and had no problems with it.

I’ve been looking for an upgrade to my old gaming PC for a while. I needed something more powerful to run Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and this computer is certainly up to the task!

Have had for 4 months and zero complaints. Runs high frames, very quiet. Looks great.

Best pc I have ever owned. This thing is wicked fast. Runs everything you throw at it. DayZ, lost ark, cod, FN. everything!

Great For first time PC users that don’t want to build their own. Runs call of duty smoothly and I haven’t had any problem. Currently running 1440 and 144 FPS (Because that’s my monitors max) but I’m looking to upgrade my GPU but other than 10/10 so far but When you first plug it in make sure everything is connected. One of my fans wasn’t connected and the CPU was lighting up but just minor fixes.

My experience - Finally, a pre-built PC that actually works as advertised. I've previously bought other pre-built PCs from other name brands, all had issues and was a headache to deal with. This PC exactly covers my wants and needs.

I went to the store to take a check out the case on the model display before I picked one up. As I was looking at the case, a guy came up to me and said that they bought the same model on display and he’s here today for the 2nd time exchanging it because of an issue with the graphics card(he said verified by the Geek Squad). Me, a former sales employee of the company 10 years ago, knowing that some of those Geeks can’t be trusted decided to ignore the messenger’s warning. I picked up the higher end modeI thinking I will be immune to his terrible experience and went home. I set it up, started downloading my steam games, and walked away to feed the parrot. When I got back the computer was off and wouldn’t turn back on at all. My whole night. Ruined. The pretty lights on my ram sticks were still on so there was still hope. After checking the power supply connections, moving the RAM around, CMOS reset, and other things, that hope vanished. I have narrowed it down to the power supply or the motherboard are bad. Regardless, I am returning it anyways after having it one day. Originally 3 stars because I know you can sometimes win the dud lottery and I’m not a petty person. Then down to 2 stars because, if I wanted to, I could exchange it but I would have to wait for the new one to come in since there’s no stock around me. Now down to 1 star because I was forced to write this review on my phone through the Best Buy app without the ability to hit return to create paragraphs and now I feel like a savage.

It has been a joy to my boyfriend to have this upgrade. He never gets off the game anymore!

Coming from Xbox series X, this is my first gaming PC and im absolutely impressed so far. Paired it with my 32 curve 1440p 144hz monitor. Might upgrade that soon. Overall this is a amazing PC

I ordered this computer and this thing is a beast. The ryzen x3d processor stays extremely cool. It has 27.5 combined vram. Its really quick and works perfectly paired with a 240hz monitor. The computer was built very well. The rgb is bright. The 4070super is great for gaming and graphic design. Definitely recommend this computer if your in the market for a prebuilt.
