It arrived with good packaging and no issues. The parts used for the price are good as well! Runs very quietly.

The framerates are impressive, and it always stays cool. A ram upgrade is a must, 32gb will suffice. Mine came with a MSI motherboard. Be advised.. My girlfriend bought the same one a week before I did. Hers had an asrock motherboard and a different power supply. Hers died in 1 WEEK. I'd recommend going through cyberpower for issues like these, but she was totally done with it and went through best buy instead, and they give you the runaround. Mine is healthy as a horse with over a month in. Now I'm not saying the motherboard was the issue, but I would take note of what you get so you're prepared for what's to come. With Cyberpower getting much better with customer service, I'd recommend giving this one a shot. I'd put it through its paces within that 1 year warranty time frame though if I were you. For this price point you can't beat it... Still. Sidenote, my aio pump was plugged into the wrong spot. It worked, but in bios and on MSI software it registered as a fan. Pump fan showed 0. So I just switched it to the plug that said "pump fan" on the motherboard just for peace of mind. The inside does need cleaned up a bit... Wires. I also like all of the removable filters on every single outward facing fan.

Got lucky and got the broken one

However, I got the broken one. The SSD and GPU were dead on arrival. I found this out from many hours of troubleshooting and installing Windows on a separate m.2 SSD and using only the integrated graphics.

I can play all my games at their highest settings without an issue and continue to pump out great frame rates per second. All it really needs is another stick of RAM but honesty, I have yet to add one.
