The item came well packaged. I did have an issue removing the expansion foam but was able to loosen it. I play in 1440p zero issues and haven't had any hiccups. The software that came installed was up to date . If you could find this model at its current price that's a steal with tariffs. Also of note I have contacted customer support 2x about rgb issues and their software doesn't work correctly.

this pc runs like butter! This pc can reach 700-1000 Fps in fortnite in low setting and high settings 200 fps and personally i only bought this for studying and homework and when i do my homework it is so fast I recommend this to another person and for all the parents saying that all the pc are for gaming its really nor for gaming its for school work to!
