Hardware issues

Extremely Disappointing

Right from the start, it would crash (the screen would glitch with green squares, freeze, and crash) after being on for under 30 minutes. I made an appointment with Best Buy before my return date, however, they made the appointment at the wrong location (8 hours away) even after I confirmed my current location with them. I had to reschedule my appointment. When I finally had my appointment they said the item was no longer returnable and that the graphics card was faulty (which happens often with this specific brand/premade computers) and that I would have to followup with my warranty with Cyberpowerpc to get a new graphics card instead of with them. This is super frustrating because I thought I was buying through Best Buy who I trust to support such a big purchase. I am only just now getting the new part and it has been months since I bought it. I bought this computer for school (modeling & animation) and have been unable to use it this entire time.

GREAT! parts are amaing!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This pc from Cyberpower is very great the fans aren't too loud and it has no problem running forbite in performance mode in 240 fps. The led lights change colors and the overall pc is very cool looking. This is my first pc and I think its super cool.
