This PC is an amazing bang for your buck. Set up was very easy and right out of the box I was able to run Fallout 4 and Monster Hunter World on Ultra graphics, rarely ever dropping below 60 fps. This computer will likely last you for years before needing to upgrade. Opening the PC is very easy as there is a glass door attached to it. The only issue I can report is that the unit came with a LED that doesn't work, but that should not be a difficult problem to fix.

I got a CyberPowerPC, came with amazing specs. Had issues when I had first got it, but the video chat with a live employee really helped me figure out the steps to get the fans' RGB back on! Works flawlessly and runs any game I throw at it. Also, great cable management throughout. Thanks for the awesome PC CyperPower!

The first gaming PC I have bought. After hours of playing all my favorite games, it has not ceased to impress me in performance.

The computer has incredible specs, but there were some issues with how the product arrived. The mouse arrived with several broken buttons due to the careless way it had been packed. Keyboard is fine. Most importantly, there are USB ports on the back of the computer, but some were unusable due to a misalignment between the motherboard and the connector panel. My computer is fully functional now after I took the whole thing apart and added some spacers to fix the alignment issue, but I wish that had not been necessary.

So far no issues with the pc and setting it up was pretty easy. The price was fair and this was a good upgrade.

I am just beginning as a gamer and it is awesome, ir is super fast and the colors are amazing! I totally recommend it 100%

Have had this computer for 2 weeks now and it works perfect. Also, the side door swings open instead of coming off. My only complaint would be the Wi-Fi is not so great. So I ran a cable under my house and fixed that problem.

I love my new CyberpowerPC gaming computer. The speed when loading my games and programs is amazing. Big bang for the buck with this machine. I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new machine or just beginning to enter the PC gaming world.

10 out of 10 I would buy again but hopefully I don’t have to but I do recommend for streaming also gaming, it’s a Great product…..

Just got this pc 2 days ago and its majestic. The rgb is fully customizable and i love the fact that the aio rgb can be changed

I purchased this on sale to replace my old gaming PC. This has all the right specs to run my Virtual Pinball machine. Couldn't be happier. Already recommending it.

I just picked up my pc from best buy today, I am not in any way a computer wiz but as soon as i turned it on I knew there were problems. Starting with the visible problems from the outside i could see the front fans were facing different ways and only held on by a single screw, also the protective packaging inside was so stuck on the graphics card it looked bent and when i took a closer look it was actually unplugged and not locked in place. When i turned on the pc it was like a lawnmower because of how loud it was it did not sound normal, even if it was overheating which it shouldnt there was 0 things running. Setting aside that, after I finally managed to get the thing on I noticed it was not picking up the signal from my main monitor with the display port cable, (there is nothing faulty with the cable I can still use it on my old computer and it works fine) I use an hdmi cable and got to the start up screen, right away I saw green lines all over the monitor and my resources tell me its a graphics card problem. I’m hoping best buy can help me out with this when I return it for a new one. It was extremely dissapointing waiting to turn it on after all the cable management and it not working.

My experience with this pc was horrible. I ordered this pc on sale and it came surprisingly fast. I set the pc up and the first problem started with non of the rgb lights working. Some of the pins were not plugged in. Then once I downloaded a game and launched it I started having issues with the graphics card I would get blue screen crashes and green spotting. After multiple calls with support they told me I needed a new graphics so I returned the pc and ordered a replacement. The replacement came a week later and had a bad graphics card once again with the same blue screen crashes and green spotting… now I need to find a new pc

Box had a little bit of damage, but the pc was perfectly fine. My old PC was a potato and this one increased my frames on Ark tremendously. No issues so far :)

Boy is she a beauty! This pc runs so clean with the few games I play online, not to mention the sleek design. The only reason I'm not giving it a higher rating is because of the carelessness. The first pc case I received was completely shattered. There was tempered glass in the packaging and all over the machinery. A week passed and I received my second one. This one is in much better shape, but the front of the case was completely unattached. Luckily, I had some black electrical tape on hand and fixed it right up (rather than waiting another week for a third broken case).

It was a great deal for a gaming PC whose CPU and GPU are RTX3070& i7 12700KF for around $1400! Built is great. No problem so far.
