This system is astounding, especially for the price. On the open market you'd struggle to buy the GPU and CPU for the total price of this system, and you get a lot more than that for your money here. I know not all of these systems will be identical, but I can at least share what I got in mine: GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING Mobo: MSI Pro Z690-A (four NVMe slots!) RAM: TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan Z DDR4 32GB Kit (2x16GB) 3200MHz CL16 Wireless: Unlabeled Asus PCI-E card SSD: 1TB WD Blue NVMe HDD: 2TB WD Blue Interestingly, my cooling configuration is different from another reviewer's here. I'm not sure if he added fans, or if he just got more than me. Shouldn't matter too much, I've got 5 fans up front in a push/pull config with the rad sandwiched in-between, then it exhausts out the back and passively out the top. For what it's worth, the system is dead quiet most of the time, but I can just barely hear it when I'm gaming. Once the game sound kicks in I can't hear it anymore. The case is quite striking in person. I thought the front was going to be glossy cheap plastic, but it's actually metal, and not glossy. The side panel comes off with four thumb screws. It's a bit annoying to take the side panel off, but once the PC is set up how I want I'll rarely need to take that panel off. Feel free to comment and ask questions. I'll answer everything to the best of my ability.

The product itself is great - Given the market at the time of this writing, it's one of the best deals you're going to get on a PC with these specs. To those having reliability issues such as the computer not waking from sleep - make sure you update the drivers - particularly the intel chipset drivers and the BIOS. It's been rock solid for me. For those wondering, the 3DMark Time Spy benchmark with no optimizations/overclocking resulted in a 16691 score, which is very respectable. You should be able to run just about any game out there at 4K 60+fps with very few exceptions. I do love the fact that there isn't any bloatware (other than standard Microsoft stuff) on the system. I generally build my own PCs but since it's cheaper to buy a pre-built nowadays than to buy the parts individually, I chose to go with CyberPowerPC, and kudos to them for not putting a bunch of nonsense on there. -------------------------------- The only reason I have to give this a 4/5 stars is due to the poor case design which leads to poor airflow and high temperatures. Don't get me wrong - the case looks beautiful, the picture I included doesn't really do it justice. Unfortunately, the AIO mounted to the front panel is extremely underutilized due to the design of the faceplate - there is a small crevice where some air can be sucked in by the fans, but the airflow would be FAR better with two fixes: the front of the case should be a mesh design to take maximum advantage of the AIO for intake, and fans should be installed on the top of the case to help pull heat away from the CPU. I know some buyers have been getting lucky and having their systems come with some fans mounted on the top, but mine unfortunately did not come with that configuration. -------------------- Bottom line: this is probably the best price to performance ratio for a PC you will find on Best Buy, if not pretty much anywhere. It has REALLY good specs for a very reasonable price. There are computers going for over $3000 on Best Buy that this machine is superior to. Better temperatures would easily make this a no-brainer 5/5 stars. I've been considering either putting some fans in on the top or even buying a new case and throwing everything in there, and even then with the added cost it would be a worthy purchase.

I was very hesitant to buy a pre-built gaming PC. I have heard so many horror stories of people receiving builds with incorrect components and faulty hardware. But all of my concerns were put to rest as soon as I got this thing up and running. The first thing I did was have a look inside just to make sure everything was still seated properly and plugged in. After I removed the protective shipping material that was inside, I immediately noticed how clean it all looked. All of the wires were neatly tucked away, and it just looked so pretty. I'm no expert when it comes to computers, but I have built a few myself over the years. I consider myself to be a perfectionist, and I was blown away at how neatly it was all done. Next, I booted it up and verified that all of the advertised components were inside, as well as their manufacturers. And I was once again very pleasantly surprised. I won't go into detail about the components, but here they are for those that are curious for what came in my system: -Processor: Intel i7 - 12700KF -Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 -Motherboard: MSI Pro Z690 - A DDR4 -RAM: Team Group Inc. 32GB DDR4 -Storage 1: Western Digital Blue 1 TB Blue NVMe -Storage 2: Western Digital Blue 2 TB HDD Also, this PC also included a really nice mouse and keyboard, along with a remote to control the LED lights in the case. Again, for those that care, here's what I received in the box: -Keyboard: CyberPower NOHI 01 Wired Color LED Keyboard -Mouse: CyberPower M1 Elite Wired Gaming Mouse As for performance, this thing can handle anything you throw at it. The case along with the fans and AIO cooler keeps everything where it should be. Even after playing the newest and most graphically intensive games for hours on end. I was able to run Halo Infinite with everything turned all the way up EASILY at over 60 frames per second. I don't do any video editing, but I'm sure this could handle most programs with no issues. Overall, I don't have any complaints. I noticed my monitor would seemingly go dark at random. After a bit of research, I figured out that this was because a power saving setting was turned on. After I changed it, the issue went away. That is the only negative experience I have had thus far. Best Buy had the PC ready for pickup on the day the app said it would be ready. I was in and out in about ten minutes. Super fast and easy, per usual. I would strongly recommend this PC to anyone looking for a powerful new gaming setup. Next time I need to upgrade, I'll definitely be back for another CyberPower. 10/10 would buy again.

Good selection of components. Seems to be well assembled There was some minor damage to the sheet metal on the case, and one of the plastic feet was broken off. Terrible airflow. You have to remove the front cover, and even then, all of the heat from the box is being pulled up through the CPU radiator, which is now mounted on the top with its own two fans, effectively just sucking the heat from the box up through the radiator. Booted OK and ran great day 1 for updating and setup. Day 2, it just dropped video output after 8 hours of running fantastic, but now it just boot-loops without loading bios, ever after a CMOS clear and re-seating all components. So back it goes Probably won’t buy another one because of the heat and design issues, but I will look at their other boxes to see if there’s something equivalent without the issues.

Thoroughly impressed with this pc. Runs both current games and older ones with ease and is very quiet even when running games at max settings. No issues with overheating either. Honestly a great pc all around for both new and current pc gamers looking for an upgrade without going way overboard on price. Which compared to other pcs offering about the same in specs is not half bad in price. Those who are new to gaming pcs will find this pc is very easy to work with and will have little issue getting accustomed to it.

So far, has been a great system. Love the lighting. Windows 11 has been an easy transition from Windows 10. I get 80-130 FPS on RDR2 on maxed settings. 165 FPS in Lost Ark. Asus Mobo T-Force memory w/ heatsinks EVGA 3080 w/RBG Wish it would have come with an additional M.2 heatsink and had a front type-C connector. Looking forward to years of service with this PC and will likely buy another Cyberpower when I'm ready in a couple years.

So let me preface this review by saying I’ve only had it for a couple days but so far so good. Right out of the box which had a good presentation, everything worked normally. I didn’t realize it was a mid case computer but everything fits in the case nicely. Cable management could have been a little better inside the case but that’s the only issue I see so far. Of course you’ll want to update drivers / OS / whatever you can once you un-box the computer but so far everything has worked as expected. You’ll want to register the device to activate as many warranties as possible since I believe the base factory warranty is a year but I believe the tech support is warranted for life. I signed up for the Best Buy total tech support just in case anything happens with this computer since it’s pretty pricey BUT it DOES come with a factory warranty, good for 1 year. As of august 2022 the computer cost roughly $2,200 as there was a sale on it currently. Hopefully it continues to get cheaper for future people who’d like to purchase it

This was my first gaming pc and I couldn't be more happy with it. I havent had any issues so far and i have played warzone and apex and been able to get up to 240 frames on both games without any over heating issues or other problems. I had no issues with the PC and it came in great condition from shipping. They did use a generic PSU and fans which would be my only complaint. I loved the cable wiring management they did! The person who did my PC definitely took their time with it. However, the guy had all the fans powered directly to the PSU which does not let you change the RPM in the bios. Wire them properly if you can. I received: ASUS GPU 3080 V2 ASUS motherboard prime z690 wifi T-force ram (32gb) and their in-house labeled fans (which I will be replacing, along with the PSU) they are pretty slow and not powerful at all. I wish they put better parts but I can always replace what I don't feel comfortable with. Also, take off the light in the front panel (it literally blocks the only intake of this small case) or just take off the panel in general. This beast runs HOT and you want as much air to go through as possible!

Great PC with one major flaw

THE GOOD: This PC build was geeat for the price. I got exactly what was advertised and the GPU and CPU combo at this pricepoint was a great deal. Im able to run WZ on 1440p with medium settings and average about 150-160fps which is ideal for me. The pc looks great with the black and white combo. THE BAD: As aesthetically nice as the black and white case looks its major flaw is the cover on the front of the case. It restricts airflow greatly and causes the GPU to heat up really fast especially during gaming. I loaded into WZ with the front cover on and by the time i loaded into my first game GPU was at about 87C. I immediately unscrewed the front cover and temps dropped down to about 82C. Also the front fans are a intake/exhaust combo and not sure how effecient that kind of setup is. I will probably buy some exhaust fans and add them to the top to vent our aomw of the excess hot air. Hooefully that should do the trick. Would easily be a 5 star rating if the airflow was better designed.

Nothing it can’t run well. The 12 core i7 works really well with the 3080. Even at sticker price it’s the best value in its class. Really beautiful. Needed more airflow so I had the manufacturer ship more fans. I had the sleep issue as well but as soon as I updated the bios it went away. Overclocks well. There is a bios Overclock stock setting that made it easy. Also a button on the graphics card. Not much reason to Overclock though since it runs so smooth already. Connects and runs VR with no issues at all.

Other reviews are spot on. Very good build and good value for a prebuilt. The two main issues with it are: 1.) It doesn't wake up from sleep. 2.) The tower overheats easily. That being said, updating drivers seems to fix the sleep issue for most. The overheating is unfortunately due to case design. Additional fans mounted on top of the case may remedy the issue. Other than that a great product and impressive value given the current market.

TL;DR Deliver: Beats expectations Parts: Beats expectations Thermal: Airflow Needs improvement (intake fan cover) Aesthetic: Good Wiring: Decent Pride in their work: Beats expectations I have 5 cons with this PC so far: 1) When initial the Pc arrived the intake, exhaust and the outtake fans didn't work. This was due to not properly wiring, which was easy fix (~2min fix). 2) The Fans are connected to the Motherboard System_fan so you are not able to control it via the temperature. Only way is through the motherboard app with set fan speed. 3) Thermal is concerns as the fan speed are not controlled with the motherboard temperature. The front panel is not mesh thus limits the fan intake cfm to almost zero.....why they did this is unclear to me. While gaming at 4k the GPU hover between 70-80C so it's not worst airflow design, this can be improved by removing the front cover allow for better airflow then its hover between 60-70C. But need to be mindful of dust in the long-term. 4) The mouse middle below the scroll got stuck after 1 click....however after talking to CyberpowerPc they sending me a new one. Seems like this is common failure mode for the mouse. 5) In the picture it shows 3 exhaust Fan but my only came with 2. I called the support and they said that is correct for the model I have. This is not a dealbreaker but wish they had showed/mentioned this in the part description. As mentioned above thermal is an issue and this might have helped to cool the system. With all this said I would still recommend this PC as it is pretty good build for the price and will run anything with 4k without any issues.

Just picked this up after waiting 3 weeks to get it. So far everything seems to be good. The only thing that was wrong was one of the feet on the bottom was broken off. After seeing what others have gone through, I am honestly not even mad about it. I did get an EVGA 3080, Corsair DDR4 32GB RAM, extra two fans up top that some people seemed to not get, MSI motherboard, and not sure on the rest since I haven't taken it apart yet. I can certainly see myself changing cases in the future as this one does not flow well. If you pull the front cover off it gets better but then it looks really ugly and I want this thing to look as good as it will run. The downside is that this thing is sold out. Glad i ordered one when I did because I have not seen a prebuilt anywhere near the value of this thing. I would have built something myself like a lot of others but the GPU shortage is no joke. This computer does seem to have the issue of not coming out of sleep mode. I know there is a fix for it but I figured I would mention it.

The computer was built well, components are fine. The case is cool looking however, the airflow issue is quite serious. After 30 minutes of playing a game that requires decent graphical intensity (escape from tarkov or COD war zone) the gpu heats up to 88degrees Celsius. Although the 3080 is rated to run up to 100 degrees without any damage, the fact that it's reaching 88celius so quickly denotes the case's poor airflow management. After opening the side panels on the tower , graphics card temperatures dip to a reasonable 75 degrees. If the case had front air intakes, or side air intakes I'm sure this issue wouldn't be as bad or even happening. The side pannels are glass, and if I leave them on, it gets so hot that I can actually burn myself on them. I have this desktop under my computer desk and I turn off the heat in my house and use it as space warmer with a window open without being cold...
