I have had this Cyberpower PC for several weeks now and have not had any issues. It works and runs great. I previously had bought a PC from Skytech Gaming with the same graphics card (RTX 3080), ram and similar processor from Amazon. The Skytech unit completely shut down after four days of working well. I had contacted support and tried a number of things to fix the issue short of taking the whole thing apart. Nothing I tried could get the PC to even turn on, it just lost all power. In comparison the PC I bought recently from Cyberpower has held up very well with the games I have downloaded on it and I have not had a single issue at the time I write this review.

Good quality PC, reasonable price, fast shippment, but it cannot wake up from sleep. I think it is probably a WIN 11 bug.

The PC I received was just as advertised. The cable management was clean, and is clearly assembled well. The packaging kept all of the components safe during shipping. Also, start up was hassle free as should be expected. The computer booted up and I was installing games as quickly as possible. The last thing I wanted was to troubleshoot my brand new computer. The only complaint I have is merely a difference of opinion. I prioritized the GPU temperatures over CPU temperature. That being said I would recommend CyberPowerPC reconsider the temperature management of GDDR6X memory which runs uncomfortably hot. This is constructive criticism, and should not take away from the build quality of the PC.
The relevant components inside the PC I purchased are an I7 12700KF, and an EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra Gaming. The VRAM on my GPU is GDDR6X, as I mentioned above and it runs extremely hot. Before I say anything else I want to mention that with all of the mixed information and commentary floating around regarding GDDR6X memory I recommend anyone with a GPU that uses it contact their specific board manufacturer for clarification. EVGA assured me that my temperatures were within normal limits, and the card will not be damaged by the temperatures I was seeing which reached well over 100 degrees Celsius. EVGA specifically stated my card’s VRAM can handle up to 110 degrees Celsius without damage and will throttle down to prevent damage if necessary. As I said before, ensure you contact your board manufacturer for specific details.
I was able to bring my VRAM temperatures down from over 100 degrees Celsius to just over 80 degrees Celsius during heavy operation. This was accomplished by moving the CPU AIO cooler from the front of the case to the top of the case. While in the front the AIO cooler was more effectively cooling my CPU by taking in cooler air from outside of the case, but this was at the cost of blowing the warmed air right over my GPU. Now fresh cool air comes in from the front of my case right across my GPU. My CPU still hovers around 40 degrees Celsius during heavy operation, which is more than acceptable to me. I also added 3 additional 120mm fans to my case. One of the new fans is directly on my GPU’s back plate sucking warm air away from the GPU towards the top of my case. My overall airflow design is in from the from and out from the back and top.
Lastly, I want to speak again to how great of a build this is, as I hesitated to buy a pre-built PC. I broke down, and bought it due to the PC component shortages and am not upset about my decision. Credit where credit is due. Thanks CyberPowerPC.

Considering the state of electronics and value, this is OK at best. Name brand Mother board, cpu,M.2 storage and GPU. however Case, fans and power supply, Cooler are low quality. Most products inside the case are as inexpensive as the market can find. With minor upgrade, some at no cost, make this purchase 100% better. Horrible, horrible Air flow, until you remove the front cover plate off the Case. Now internal temp stays low and case no longer feels like its about to melt down. No bloat ware, everything worked out of the box. I would like to have seen name brand fans / GPU Cooler for the asking price. I cant even purchase (From ANYWHERE) the same fans used internally. I would suggest to buy the warranty also, just in case.

Great PC - But maybe not out of box...

I received the PC on July 7th 2022.
Let me preface this by saying I am okay with computers but I am by no means a tech wizard.
After plugging it up and turning it on everything seemed to be working okay. I updated the drivers, and did Windows update. I then installed Discord, and Escape from Tarkov and was really excited to play. That is until I got in game and my first BSOD occurred. I wasn't really worried though, maybe I had my settings a bit too high (but shouldn't it run everything on max? this is a beast?) whatever... I lowered some settings and limited the frames and tried again. Maybe 5 minutes into my game it BSOD again and boy was I disappointed.
So I researched the BSOD errors: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. The second of which I got on my first 2 BSOD. I attempted several fixes including increasing the paging file size, swapping RAM stick slots, unplugging and reseating things, and many things I honestly can't remember. None of these worked.
Finally out of desperation I reached out to a good friend of mine who is knowledgeable about computers and asked for his help. He walked me through a step by step process to diagnose issues, starting with testing logs on my GPU using GPU-Z. He had me run my game until it crashed and send the logs, and everything checked out okay, temps were fine and everything looked normal, great. Next he had me download CPU-Z so he could examine my ram and check the frequencies and speeds and noticed that it was running high, probably overclocked. So he had me turn off my computer, reseat my RAM sticks into their original positions (Slots 2 and 4) and then head into the BIOS to disable XMP.
(To disable XMP you need to set it to auto)
This has completely fixed all of my issues and now the PC runs great! I am only giving it 4/5 stars because it should have been "Game Ready" out of the box and not make me have to stress out and troubleshoot for hours to find a fix.
TL;DR: Disable XMP if you are having BSOD or game crashing issues, it very well may be the solution to fixing it.

Very Fast and neatly organized computer. The 850W power supply has a wire or a bad fan. Put it on its side and minimized the noise. Graphics and speed is phenomenal. I returned the first one due to a hardware issue. Machine crashed after playing any games after 15 minutes. Swiped machine clean, reinstalled windows and same result. New Machine runs flawlessly. would only Recommend to people who are comfortable with messing with internal components. Not returning this one as I know I can buy an 850 W power source without having to box the darn thing up again. My time is worth purchasing a new power supply.

I've owned this for a couple or few weeks now and I've had minimal issues and it has ran great. Sometimes the outside gets a little hot, but nothing excessive and it rarely has to run too hard. I do not experience the immense heating issue some other reviews describe. Does everything I need it to and works very great, + great pieces for the price. Definitely worth its value if you need or want the quality specs.

Great pc and price for what you are getting. Like a lot of other people said the over heating is an issue. Nothing that will stop your game, but should you worry about the overall life of the components. Added a few exhaust fans on top and now temps don’t really go over 70C running at 2k and 144fps everything maxed on AAA games. Happy with my purchase. Also remove the front panel for more airflow.

high end components, solid build quality, amazing value for money considering the 12th gen CPU and 3080 GPU at this price.
Only flaw is case airflow design can be improved. Despite the many fans installed, heat still builds up inside, and taking off the side panel cools CPU and GPU down considerably. I may look into adding additional fans to the case in the future.

The PC I bought is excellent: on all fronts its specs were higher than I wanted or expected and all for less than I was planning to pay. Four stars only for minor issues: the pc could include a manual (from Cyberpower, not the motherboard manufacturer) to answer questions like where they've hidden the SSD; the wiring is messy in the back (not visible) which made it tough to install an extra drive; and the large cooling vent on the front of the pc is hidden behind a (very stylish) decorative panel that unfortunately limits air flow.

PC runs very quiet, getting high frame rates on AAA titles like Halo Infinite. I did have to return the first one I bought as the GPU was DOA. 2nd PC works great though. Both PCs came with an MSI Z690 Pro Motherboard, off brand PSU but still 80+ Gold rated, cooler master liquid cooled CPU cooler. The 1st PC with the DOA GPU was an EVGA FTW3 3080 card. The 2nd and working PC came with an Asus TUF 3080 GPU. Overall, I couldnt be happier. Coming from an older GTX 950 this new PC is stunning. Cooling doesnt seem to be a big issue, although I do have my unit sitting directly on top of an AC vent on my hardwood floor, so that probably helps a lot. Usually under load while heavy gaming I'm seeing temps between 70⁰ to 80⁰ degrees. RGB is really nice. Cable management could be a little better but its not a rat's nest by any means, just not as clean as I would have liked. Honestly, you cant go wrong here so my suggestion is if you're in the market and looking for the best price for performance PC, this is the one to get.

Reviewing as of 2/16/22
Picked it up from best buy on 2/14/22 took about 3 weeks to come in when best buy said it was in stock on their app but the manufacturer ran out of product.
I have built many PCs in the past so I know what to look for when inspecting the PC. The PC looks awesome, love the black and white color scheme and the rgb.
People have said the computer gets no air flow with this case design. Now I've only played Diablo 2 Resurrected at 4k maxed, but will be installing other CPU intensive games tonight after work. CPU only got to around 50c or below. Came with a 240mm water cooler for the processor by cooler master.
The components that comes in the PC are all name brand which is good.
Team Group ram, Asus Rtx GPU, Cooler Master CPU Cooler, Asus MOBO. Can't see the PSU but I assume it's a great wall which isn't bad seeing most name brand are rebranded Great Walls.
That's all for now will update this as I test it.

Absolutely the best bang for your buck with this build. There are tons of computers on Best Buy that cost more and have worse specs than this UFO.
Only con is the airflow, but it's such a minor issue and can be fixed relatively easily.

I normally build my own PC's, but with the GPU market as crazy as it still is I figured I'd go for a prebuild this time around. After spending some time shopping for a new PC, I finally narrowed my decision down to this build based off price for performance. After I placed my order it only took 5 days for it to arrive at my house, and the packaging was fantastic and everything was in perfect condition. Performance wise it's everything I expected to be, super fast boot up and load times for games and applications, this machine literally runs everything I have at ultra settings. 10/10 I would highly recommend this machine.

Amazing computer. Runs Lost Ark maxed out with no issue. The only things I don’t like? 1. The airflow isn’t the best. 2. After about a month of owning it, it is making a loud noise… not sure if it’s a fan or something else… probably going to take it in and have to exchange it :(

Computer has solid parts, similar to what others have posted. PSU rattles but CyberPower sent out a new one. They did charge me, but will refund the price once I return the defective one.
As others have mentioned, the PC does get incredibly hot. I mentioned this to CyberPower and they sent out fans to place on top. While I wait for those, I removed both the front and side glass panel. I cut a square of window mesh and used magnets to hold it to the side of the desktop. Now, instead of the EVGA GPU blowing heat right onto the glass panel, it easily passes through the mesh.
I also found it odd that the RGB fan lights weren’t connected to the MOBO, even though they have the required RGB plugs. Id like to be able to control the lights from software, not a remote; shouldn’t be too hard to change though.
With a few modifications this computer can run at full power without any issues. I would definitely recommend purchasing.
