Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the excellent performance and powerful graphics processing unit (GPU) of the Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop, leading to smooth gameplay. However, many also point out the need for additional cooling solutions, citing insufficient factory-installed cooling and fan setup. The build quality is generally praised, while some users have upgraded the RAM.

Purchased a prebuilt when GPUs were outrageous. PC was packaged nicely and received without damage. Even got the exact GPU card I was hoping for. Everything has worked out of the box. Only issue is the motherboard didn't have a TPM module and the motherboard's Ethernet port no longer functions correctly. Happy with my purchase.

Great PC for me playing COD warzone. I get around 130-150 fps in 1440p in a RTX 3080.

Very nice and solid rig. I was lucky to get EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3, Memory Ram Ballistix with excellent CL @ 15 16 16 35. The RGB lights on the case and mouse look very good and plenty of room to add more FANs to the case. I'm please with my purchase.

A little more on the expensive side if you calculate all the parts at MSRP. However, considering it's quite difficult to get an RTX 3080 at MSRP right now, it's quite worth it. Other parts are decent. Definitely can use some upgrades.

Doing good so far, package was a little damage with a tiny dent on the back side of the computer case but everything seems to be working properly. Make sure and take a hard look at everything in the case and ensure everything is where it needs to be, and if you don’t know what you are looking at have someone who knows what they are doing take a look. There were a few things coming loose and the biggest thing was the vga cables powering the graphics card were pulled very tight and if I would have turned on the pc without inspecting it one of the parts of the cables was stuck in one of the fans of the GPU and would have caused problems. Other than that not a bad machine considering the times we are in. I got the MSI Ventus 3080, which I was a little mad about at first but it seems to be doing well especially at cooling.

Great build at this price. GPU is MSI Ventus. Thermal needs some improvement but I'm adding more RGB fans anyway. Overall quality is great. Good bargain considering the current GPU price.

Great PC after Iffy First Year

After 3 years of ownership, I found a slip in the box that I apparently forgot about to leave a review, so here it goes. For about the first year, the PC would crash pretty regularly. When I say crash, I mean it would bluescreen with a generic error that I could never track down. I swapped out the RAM and the GPU and was able to confirm neither of those were the issue. I suspected it was either the CPU or the boot SSD. At the end of that year I decided I'd had enough and contacted support about an RMA. With about 3 weeks left on the warranty, I wasn't confident I'd be getting any help since I'd seen some negative reviews about the support. Luckily, they took the PC and tried repairing it. Unfortunately, even though I informed them I confirmed the RAM and GPU were fine, those were the two parts that got replaced in the RMA. Literally an hour after getting my PC and turning it on, the bluescreen happened again. This time, the PC was out of warranty since it was about a 3 week process to ship out and get back. The second time I RMA'd it they replaced the CPU and SSD, and it has been working pretty much flawlessly ever since. If the PC had worked properly out of the box it would get 5 stars, but unfortunately the issues at the beginning are forcing me to leave it with 4. I'd definitely buy from CyberPower again since they have arguably the best value for performance when it comes to gaming PCs.

I bought this for the 3080 and decent price. I was fortunate to receive an RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra. Out of the box it frequently threw bsod and random restarts. Temps were ok, but I couldn't complete 3dmark benchmarks to really analyze that. The case only came with three fans, so I added in 3 noctua fans of my own. The bsod continued, so I replaced the coolermaster 120 AIO with a noctua D15s (it will fit). The bsod continued, so I replaced the power supply which is a dinky apevia brand non-modular cable psu. While I was replacing the psu, I noticed that the gpu wasn't fully clicked into the mobo. The 3080 ftw3 is so long that the case fan that was installed by cyberpowerpc was BLOCKING the gpu from fully clicking into the slot. I moved that case fan and finished replacing the psu... still bsod. Replaced RAM. Still bsod. Finally I tried plugging the psu into the extra 4 pin slot normally reserved for "extreme overclocking", which resolved the bsod and other issues. I haven't even begun to mess with overclock settings yet, so I guess the 3080 and i9 are just that power-hungry. Now that I have replaced and added many of my own parts it runs with no issues.

Very simple setup, amazing system. Comes with a decent mouse/keyboard to use if you don't already have one (but shouldn't be considered to replace your current keyboard/mouse). Definitely one of the best price to value PC's out there on the market right now.

Oh boy, WHERE do I begin? let's see, a dozen BSOD'S with SEVERAL different error codes. couldn't even play a game long enough to enjoy it before getting a blue screen telling me something went wrong. The problem somehow worsened the more I tried to fix it, too. Before I finally threw in the towel it crashed on the desktop with WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE ERROR. The other 2 were CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT and "CHECK ENGINE EXCEPTION" I mean seriously, what is this junk? did you even boot it up before you shipped it out? this is beyond unacceptable for how much this unit costs. For $2700 you guys can't even send me a WORKING product. that's beyond insulting and pathetic, I had just purchased a computer 2-3 weeks ago and had to return it and here I am (again). I will never be buying a prebuilt again nor trusting ibuypower/cyberpower PC.

The item did not include a power cable and wifi antenna although I bought the new one NOT an open box. The shop staff did not solve the problem... My system came with the EVGA 10G-P5-3899-KR. The motherboard is a Gigabyte Z590 UD AC which has the wifi feature but the antenna was missing. The overall system is really good, so I have mixed feelings. No manuals were included so it is difficult for PC beginners to set up this PC.
