    Tower arrived with damage and missing hard drives!!! Also, graphics card must’ve been dropped during installation because the corner is dinged, which leads me to believe that it may not function properly. These people are not professional!

    Yes it is a top tier pc but it was completely disappointing... not only did it not work when i got it. Nothing did complete trash. I literally had to rebuild the whole thing all led fans were not plugged rite and dude electrical taped them all so i had to untape them and plug them in rite... rezip tie all the wires after i took the whole thing apart gpu and grapgics card was not installed rite had to clean and redo that it was a joke 4 gs my butt it took me 4 to 5 hours to do this what a joke!

    Pc Doesn't Even Work

    I took this pc to best buy geek squad more times than I've played a game on it. It crashes at the slightest movements and can't even stay on for more than 2 hours. This trash pc was built with god parts and still dogmeat. I would recommend a cheaper 800$ pc that can actually run games without crashing. The main issue with this pc seems to be the HDMI port not connecting as well as overheating problems because the fans don't even turn on by themselves. Not worth the waste of time to buy and return please fix this so nobody else has to deal with it.
