Customers are saying

Customers find value in the Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop's exceptional performance and high-quality graphics processing unit, frequently praising its speed and responsiveness. However, some users reported issues with the case and all-in-one cooler, citing damage and inadequate cooling performance under heavy load. Positive feedback also highlighted the overall value for the price and build quality. Concerns were raised regarding the need for RAM upgrades in some instances.

very good computer for a prebuilt. i recommend upgrading ram (100%), and m.2 (its not bad but to be on par with the rest of the pc you should upgrade), also the CPU cooler ( if your doing any hard gaming its a highly recommend. Other than that mine hardware was the same as other reviews.

The Computer is great, needed more ram upon purchase as the sticks sold where of lower quality and size for the gaming I personally do. The only issue is the first computer (same one) I bought had to be sent back before it was even turned on due to a bad motherboard, discovered at the geeksquad. They were quick to diagnose the problem and were helpful and professional to get a reorder as fast as possible. Other than that no issues with the computer and am extremely happy with the purchase.

Strong graphics performance, mine came with a gigabyte rtx 4090 with rgb lighting. It got 19000+ scores from 3d mark extreme test under 4k resolution. Love it! The i9 13900kf is also the best product you can get from the market. But more importantly, they are very valuable here, probably the lowest price you can find on bestbuy website. Buy it without thinking if you need it.

This PC is a beast. Had it for over 2 weeks now and so far everything's working as it should. This is also my first pre-built PC. but with the amount of time saved sourcing each hardware and the quality of the build, I think it's got me converted. There wasn't any garbage ware installed, either. Customer service seems to be quick with questions as well. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied,

Just got this PC about a week ago when I upgraded from a 2070 super. The value in this prebuilt is well worth the cost. This PC is an absolute beast and FPS shows its worth every penny. Highly recommend the CyberPower brand and will be a returning customer in the future.

I was hesitant to purchase this one, as last generation I tried out a few of Cyberpower's 3080 Intel builds and found them to run extremely hot and thermal throttle. Knowing that the 13900kf runs about as hot as them come, I wasn't sure what to expect with a 240mm cooler. Well, my fears have subsided, this thing runs surprisingly cool for what it is. Cinebench r23 easily hit the thermal throttling 100 F temp quickly, but that was to be expected. In gameplay, this PC maintains temps between 65-80 F, depending on the game. The 4090 is cool as well, and whisper quiet. Playing on a 4k 165hz screen, I can actual hit the frame cap of my monitor in many games, which is pretty crazy. This PC has delivered on everything I have thrown at it thus far. Components have been pretty well described in other reviews, however if you order this at a later date, don't be surprised if the build is slightly different; Cyberpower works with the components that they have on hand at the time, but nothing will be too different. I upgraded the single stick of RAM to 32gb DDR5 5600, however the motherboard doesn't seem to like to boot with anything higher than 5400, fyi. All in all, for the price you get a beast of a machine, currently some of the top spec hardware available. Assuming no Nvidia power cable fiascos, I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a high end gaming PC.

AIO came damaged (fans were making a high pitched sound whenever pc was turned on). returned and waiting for another one. 1st build had decent parts (although on the cheap side for ram/MOBO): GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 4090 Gaming Trio RAM: 1 16 gb stick (Patriot) MOBO: Asrock z690 C/D5 Will update again and maybe change rating when new build comes in. I purchased 2 PCs from CyberPower before and both were great, hoping next one is too

I got this computer in october. Set up and getting start was very simple. The first few months of having this PC was great. However, around my 2nd month having this PC I would be running a game, (I mostly play predecessor, fortnite, apex, etc) and I would get random crashes. Would not happen often and it's my first ever gaming PC so I assumed this was normal. However, as time progressed the crashes became more and more frequent. It is now to the point I cannot run any game without it crashing within 5 minutes of me playing. In various situations like the game Overwatch, I cannot even start with game at all without receiving an error. The amount of money paid and lifetime of this gaming PC do not add up. I would not recommend purchasing. I bought this PC in October, it is now march. This is 5 months of owning this PC with extreme issues.

First pc I received BSOD within 7 hours of having it due to a defective ssd drive. Took it back to Best Buy and got a replacement which arrived a week later. This machine works great and I am able to play all my favorite games at 1440p, max settings, at super high frame rates (200-300+)

Delivered to my house with no problems, booted up after removing packaging and everything was blazing fast. I may upgrade the RAM at some point, but otherwise this system offered the best value for someone looking for a GeForce RTX 4090 paired with an Intel Core i9-13900KF.
