I used to build my own PCs but now that I have kids, more work, and less time to actually read up on what is going on in the tech world it was nice to have a quality system pre-built. My last computer passed on without notice so I had to pickup a new one. This has been a great system. We have had it for a while no and I can comfortably say that it is well worth the price. It has handled just about any game or program we threw at it. I have the Xbox gamepss ultimate so we get to try all kinds of new games and it has crushed them all! My only sticking point was the wifi. It is a USB dongle that I had to do lots of research and hunting to get the proper settings for it to run above 10mbps. I found a driver that finally worked and haven't had issues since.

It was a tough choice between the ryzen pc and the Hexacore, but going with the CyberPowerPC gua1400bst I have no regrets. I do live streaming and a lot of gaming and so far, I've already boosted my Ram no problem. I love the tempered glass and rgb led lights. Makes a great center piece and Impressive sight for guests. Thank you CPP, its been 2 years since my last pc and I'm very happy.

Needed a new computer same day and this is a great option for the price. Two down sides no CD/DVD drive easily solved with an external one. And needed to upgrade the ram again easy to do.

It's an absolute beast, processes well and downloads anything I throw at it.

This is my first gaming pc and it came as a recommendation from my brother. I'm super surprised how incredible this pc is. It's budget friendly and the power is insane. My cousin spent hundreds more on his own and he's blown away by this computer. It looks amazing with it's tempered glass case and the manual made it so easy to put together. I'm super excited to play games on it.

have been wanting a gaming pc for a long time, and was not let down at all,

I purchased this computer just before Christmas and got what I would consider, an awesome deal on it. I use this computer for eBay as well as surfing the web and things like YouTube. My main reason for purchasing this however, was to play a game called American Truck Simulator by SCS Software. This computer has absolutely NO problems running the game whatsoever! I AM however, considering upgrading the graphics card as 2 GB is "ENOUGH".... but can you really EVER have too good of a graphics card???? The computer was incredibly easy to set up, and comes with everything needed to plug and play (except for a monitor but duh? lol). The Keyboard is adequate and has some nice features (volume / muting etc). I am unsure if Best Buy has updated the listing for this computer, but it DOES in fact include USB 3.0 on the top / front of the case. When I purchased mine, the listing didn't mention that at all. The MOUSE that comes with PC IS WIRED but does have a good feel to it with plenty of buttons for gaming. I personally already had a wireless mouse that I've become very comfortable with over the years, so I don't use the included mouse. And YES.... so there is no confusion this PC DOES NOT INCLUDE A DISC DRIVE. You can purchase an external for like 10 cents these days and for me, it wasn't necessary to have one anyway. I DID use Cyberpower Customer support for a simple question / issue of compatibility and they were EXCELLENT!!!! Easy to get in touch with and the reps I spoke with were very knowledgeable. If you register your purchase (and you definitely should) the reps even can see / know EXACTLY what parts are inside your machine! I definitely would recommend this PC to anyone looking to start gaming, or even advanced gamers on a budget. IMO... you can't go wrong with the machine or the company Cyberpower! Best to you!

I bought this pc a week ago and it’s a really good pc for starters like me.

I bought this computer for my teenage son who likes to play games on the computer. He likes the 1st person shooter games and this computer provides everything that he needs and then some. It has plenty of memory, speed and even looks really cool. Overall, both my son and I are very pleased with this computer (especially for the price). It even provides enough support and power for VR games.
