Bad RAM

Right off the bat it kept crashing. Luckily my husband is handy and figured out it had come with bad RAM installed and we were able to replace it with some from an old computer. It works fine now, but the only way to get the problem fixed is to take the whole machine in to Best Buy. And it can take two weeks or more. So he will be without a computer yet again.
