Solid Performance PC

I read pretty much 2/3 of the reviews on here before deciding to purchase this PC. I also noticed along the way that the review summaries all started with "Great...." and felt it was a little strange. However, I looked up all the parts on a PC building site and buying this PC pre-built was only $5 more expensive, and it was in store.
That being said, made this purchase to play games like Smite and BF1. Handles them well over 60fps with high/ultra settings. If you are looking for a gaming pc on a budget, it would be hard to find a better bargain than this. Another great product from CyberPowerPC.
Also, comes with a free matching mouse and keyboard that both light up. So you don't have to spend anymore cash on your own.

My wife had tried to order me a new system to replace my old computer. but the company she ordered from lost our order and was not helpful so we canceled it. I then went into best buy to look at what they had after spending some time and looking at options I ended up taking this system home. the setup was easy and I quickly was trying out my games which I was getting 150+ FPS I have used it for about a week now and its amazing I have had no lag and running at high graphics. this is a great system for anyone needing an upgrade but don't want to spend thousands on a new system.

Bought this PC twice. First one had a defective graphics card out of box. Returned and second one had more problems and tech support actually suggested buying additional mdse to get PC up and running. This should have been easy out of box setup. Wish I could get my gas money back from returning runaround! Won't buy their products! TERRIBLE UNHELPFUL TECH SUPPORT! JUNK!!

I ordered this for my son for Christmas, I didn't check it before Christmas thinking it would be fine. When my son opened it, he was over the moon excited...we tried to set it up and it wasn't working. Only to realize it wasn't working because there was NO HARD DRIVE!!!!! How can a computer be shipped without a hard drive?! How was this missed?! So Christmas was a bust and my whole morning will be spent in the customer service line. I will NEVER again buy an item like this online for Christmas. I am horribly disappointed.

This computer is no laughing matter. I had been in the market for a computer after my old XPS laptop finally gave out on me. Sure, this computer has some room for improvement here and there, like RAM or the CPU cooler, but the stock components this beast comes with mean business. I can run battlefield 1 on ultra at 45-60 frames a second, being a lifetime console junkie i dint really notice the occasional dips in FPS. This computer is definitely a console killer, instead of paying $400+ every two years for a new console i highly recommend this pc as a worthwhile upgrade. The peripherals it comes with are alright. The keyboard is fantastic while the mouse feels a little cheap, but i had a better mouse anyway. The only true gripe i have about this computer is the lack of a CD drive. I have quite a few older games that i wanted to install onto this computer but i cannot due to the missing optical drive. Its an easy hurdle to overcome since all these games are virtually dirt cheap on the online market now, so i guess it fixed itself. The ability to add another GPU is fantastic, although it doesnt appear to be able to work due to the network card's bulky appearance, i was thinking of picking up another RX480 and tossing it in to enhance gameplay but its no matter, the pc already runs like a beast. All in all this monster is a great buy for anyone looking to quickly jump into pc gaming at a reasonable price for excellent performance.

CyberPower PC

First I would like to say that this computer has far surpassed my expectations. It is fast, the graphics are outstanding (even at 1440+), and the machine has a solid, well put together feel to it.
The esthetic is a good mix of tech joy and solid machinery!
I have to say that when Best Buy makes special order computer, they do it right and get an excellent price for you! I spec'd out this same computer from a computer builder, and it was just under $1000. If you are considering this as a starter, or mid-level gaming rig, just add it to your cart and smile, knowing you made a wise choice!
The only two things I will change about this are the keyboard and mouse, but that is simply preference. I am sure Cyber Power PC, and Best Buy, know people will go out and buy an aftermarket set, so I see why the pieces that came in the kit are good, but not over the top.
As for the team at the Flower Mound Best Buy store, they were able to help me with a very complex issue, and came through with solutions for me, in ways I never thought they could! David and Justin both deserve big, fat raises! No, really... THEY DO!!! :-)
All in all, you cannot go wrong with this machine. If you are considering a computer in this price range, you will be hard-pressed to find a better combination of components, in as nice a case, for this price or even more, for that matter!

Not only am I an avid gamer, I am also a video game design student at a prominent university. When my custom built gaming PC finally died, I needed a quality, affordable system...FAST!
CyberPower always came up in my searches on multiple websites as a high quality machine. For the price, I am blown away by this PC. Do not let the sub $1,000 price tag fool you. This gaming system comes with a Radeon RX 480 and is virtual reality ready. The AMD FX Black Edition processor is paired with an ASUS motherboard, which in my opinion is the best motherboard manufacturer around. Overclocking this machine is a breeze, however it performs great out of the box. A 7,200 RPM 1 TB hard drive provides plenty of access speed and storage, although hardcore gamers may wish to put in a solid state drive instead. For visual effects, the lights on the keyboard and PC can be changed at the touch of a button to any of seven colors (I prefer the royal blue).
The ONLY thing I would change about this PC is that is only comes with 8 GB of DDR3 memory. For the price, I cannot complain. The PC supports up to 32 GB DDR3 up to 1833 MHz (2133 MHz overclocked). I will upgrade (DDR3 RAM is cheap enough) due to the fact that some of the programs I use in school are memory hogs.
Do yourself a favor and check this machine out. You WILL NOT be disappointed!

I bought this pc a few weeks ago and I could not be more satisfied.
I read a lot of reviews complaining about the fan but I don't seem to hear much noise coming from the pc at least not enough to be bothered by it. This powerful beast runs WOW on ULTRA settings no lag whatsoever. Even in high stress situations it handles it like a champ. Diablo III at full high settings no problem and Hearthstone never looked so awesome. For the price I would say it is one of the best deals out there right now, you will not miss the DVD player at all specially if you steam or do blizzard games since all is done digitally now. The gaming keyboard that comes with the pc was incredibly professional and very comfortable I actually switched it out from my old gaming keyboard, the mouse is not bad either. BestBuy sent it free shipping and it arrived at my home within 2 business days, perfect condition.
The only con is that when I finally opened windows a message kept appearing about activating windows I went to the prompt and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Turns out there is a sticker on the upper side of the tower from windows with an activation code that you have to scratch off and apply.
Other than that no issues and incredibly happy with my purchase.

I was very impressed with the specifications for this Desktop PC. The first unit lasted maybe three hours and then refused to boot. I waited a week for a replacement and the second unit lasted two hours and the Video module failed. I am very disappointed in the obvious lack of quality control and I gave up!

In the scene of PC Gaming, prebuilts are usually frowned upon. Usually its due to companies like Alienware and IBUYPOWER charging outrageous amounts for rigs that you can build yourself for much less dosh. However, this is a prebuilt that defies those stereotypes. This review will go over most of the important parts in the PC explaining why each one is good for the price and why its important to get if you're a semi-budget gamer who doesn't want to build their own.
The CPU: AMD FX-8350
Not the greatest CPU by any means, but it gets the job done and it does it extremely well. If you're the type of gamer that sticks to games like Call of Duty, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, or indies, this CPU will keep you going for a very long time. However, if you're the type of gamer who enjoys playing gigantic open world games like The Witcher 3, Fallout 4, GTA 5, or intensive games like Battlefield 1, you MAY experience a very VERY small amount of bottleneck if you're keen about these sort of things. However, I myself enjoy playing these types of games and I have no problem with it. I'd say the CPU is the weakest part of the rig, but considering its strength that's saying a lot.
The GPU: AMD Radeon RX 480 4GB
Straight out of AMD's hot oven comes one of the best value/performance cards on the market. Priced at just above 200$, this card will absolutely annihilate any AAA game (minus Star Citizen, that game requires a truck of a rig to run) at ultra graphical presets. You will get at least a constant 60 FPS on any modern game and much more on older games. If you have the right type of monitor, this beast of a card can run games at 1440p (2160x1440) extremely well for its price, at around 60 FPS on high settings on most games, with the occasional tweaking of V-Sync and AA on games that may prove to be a bit much. All in all, this graphics card will run everything you throw at it. It is an amazing card with excellent performance for its price.
The RAM: 8GB DDR3 (2 x 4GB Sticks)
Remember when I said the CPU was the weakest part of the build? Well, the RAM is a close second. 8GB of RAM is nothing to sneeze at, and although a few games like Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare are pushing the boundaries a bit when it comes to RAM, the amount should satisfy almost every game's recommended requirements. DDR3 means your RAM will be running a very small amount slower than DDR4 and DDR5 versions of the same RAM stick, but no one should have any problems with the RAM this rig delivers. It also has the added bonus of it being two sticks rather than one, making the RAM a small (yet noticeable) amount faster than just one stick. Unfortunately, this means you have to buy a full two stick set (2 x 8GB) if you're looking to upgrade to 16GB, which is what I'm aiming to do after I buy an SSD.
The Storage: 1 TB HDD
I may have lied when I said the CPU was the weakest part of the PC. Some of you may be screaming, "1 TB of storage? That is huge!" But if you're buying this PC for gaming (most of you assuredly are), 1 TB of storage may not cut it. You will need to dole out your storage space accordingly, which will hurt gamers who want to keep many games installed. However, the great thing is that there are many spaces for both more HDDs and SSDs (I wholeheartedly recommend an SSD, at LEAST 250GB) which will increase your storage space tremendously.
The Review
While idling around the internet, your computer should be running fairly cool. I got a nice gentle breeze while watching youtube from my case fan. While gaming, the PC may start to get louder, and will most definitely begin to heat up. However, this rig can handle any gaming session, be it an hour, four hours, or twelve hours. The parts all work accordingly, the keyboard and mouse it comes with are fantastic, and the LEDs for both the keyboard and the PC case works fantastically well.
9/10 PC. Could probably make a better PC buying each part individually, but it would be with minor differences. An excellent choice for those, like me, who don't trust themselves with building a new PC. CyberpowerPC once again surprises the PC gaming community with the value of their prebuilts.

After reading other reviews, I purchased this computer for my son. It lives up to the other positive reviews. Allows him to play the games he wants with great speed and graphics. From someone who doesn't know about "gaming computers" these reviews really help. The only down side is that it is not quiet-you can hear the fan, but if you are playing games or have music on, you don't hear it at all. I use it for my home computer as well so having windows 10, virus protection and trial of Microsoft office is great. Highly recommend especially as first gaming computer. Has the ability to upgrade as needed so I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars on something that may not be needed at this time.

I just bought this computer a week ago, after looking for about a month at different gaming PCs and laptops. Most of the ones I looked at were at LEAST $1000, some of them closer to $2000. I saw the specs on this rig and looked at the reviews. I went in to Best Buy the next morning to purchase it. One thing to note, I bought some additional RAM when I purchased it, and I am still looking to get a SSD. When all is said and done I will have spent hundreds less and still will have a great performing gaming PC. Have had no issues running games on high settings, it boots up quickly, it is the fastest computer I have ever owned. I can't wait until I get my SSD, then it should start up even faster.

I love this computer . It is a big improvement over my last pc. Which I still have. It was a dual core cpu with 8 gigs of ram , 1 TB hard drive. 460 radeon. It worked for gaming but, was not great on high end graphic games to run at 30fps. No brand and it was a self built pc.
Pro's.
Great for mid- high end games as has 8 core cpu,8 gig ram, radeon 480
Con's
No blu ray or dvd drive . No option to install internally either. Has to be bought as an external drive. Extra cost of 25-90 , depending on what you need . I got a blu ray re writer for 90.
I also made a review that I posted on line. Check here for that.

Very Nice Computer Tower

I bought this computer and had it shipped to my house. It showed up a day early, so that was impressive. When I unboxed it, I was amazed at the detail they had gone through in packaging the tower for shipping. It even had padding inside to make sure none of the internal components would get damaged. It was plug and play after that. The only shock I had was that there isn't a disk drive on this tower. Luckily, in this day and age, all drivers and programs can be downloaded. I personally will be adding an external disk drive. All in all, this is a really fast and good computer, with the ability to upgrade, for the money.

Purchased this for my 11 yr old son who was having trouble running Star Wars Battlefront and Catalyst Mirror's Edge on an old computer. We are shocked by the amazing graphics on Battlefront. Runs up to 120 FPS on Ultra with no hesitation on that game. Mirror's Edge on Auto with about 60 FPS consistently. I can't stop looking at the unit. Nice all aluminum case with very neat, space age looking interior and glowing LED lights. Very easy to set-up. The unit stays cool and fans are quiet. Keyboard and mouse are of budget quality but do fine for our entry level gaming. Very pleased with this purchase at this price point.

Bought this computer because I wanted something with a lot more power than the laptop I was using, so i could game and practice with game developing software. I have yet to try it out with any game developing software, but I have tested it out with games and it works fantastic. I can play heavy games without worrying about how many frames per second the settings are on or how high the quality is. It can handle almost anything. On top of that it's VR ready. I didn't think I could find a machine as good as this one for so low of a price. And the keyboard and the mouse are just a bonus to the awesomeness that is this PC

Ive had this rig for a couple of days now and its performed out standing so far.. Except for a glitch starting up a steam game, i got some static and color flickering and had to reboot..but i think its the game, since it ran well for hours after the incident. The pc looks great with the lights on or off, windows 10 should be tweaked on the purchasers end, inorder to get the full memory for gaming. uninstall useless games and apps that run in the background. The mouse is ok but clunky, the keyboard is not bad but a little stiff. The graphics card is amazing for the price of the pc. In total I paid 760$ after tax and fees. A fair price for and intro gaming desktop. Becareful taking out the foam thats inside the case before turning on, as not to loosen any components. 4 stars because it doesnt have a CD drive and VGA connector for monitors.. but that's minor. Satisfied with my purchase.
