I'm a college student and I am in love with this computer. This is what I use for research papers but also to play some online games. However, this Pc is best if you're going to become a PC gamer. I do however plan on upgrading this unit.

This is my first actual gaming computer and it's freaking awesome, the graphics are great and I run multiple tasks at the same time, I actually had trouble setting it up but I called them and they were extremely helpful, and the instructions are simple just wast sure and customer service was really great

It was awesome worked right out of the box and was super easy to set up and the lights are awesome!!!

great computer for the price, fast and has lots of power. the only thing that i could say and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that it is kind of noisy but that is not a big deal at all to me. all in all perfect for playing some world of Warcraft.

I've owned many different computers and so far this is one of the best I've had. It runs all my games smooth and fast. The quality of customer service receive the the Best Buy associate was beyond my expectations. All my questions were answered and my concerns where eased.

Received new in box after buying on line via Best Buy web site. Like another reviewer stated, turned on but no Video signal, either out of the Video Card or Mother Board DVI connection. Brought to Geek Squad at local Best Buy. They confirmed as defective. Returned to BB and currently have a new one on order....same model/specs. Hoping for better results this time. I will say I am no computer novice and have built and repaired many machines over the years. What I do not understand is why these are not being tested out of the factory? CyberpowerPC needs to take note and adjust accordingly. Anyway, I will say the customer service by Ricardo @ the Palmdale, CA Best Buy was outstanding getting this resolved. I am going to still recommend this computer build because of the other reviews, and the specs that are provided for the price point. Hard to beat that. If the next arrival works as advertised, I will write a positive review. Thanks for listening.

Got this hooked uo today and so far so good everything is downloaded and happy.

I purchased this computer for its more than expected Ram and hard drive space for such an affordable price. I use it for many Steam games and runs Discord, Google Chrome, and many other background programs without giving an inch on its processing speed.

bought this cyber power gamer ultra desktop. great graphics great speed overall a great pc. looked at other computers i am a amd fan over intell and this system has lots of features for the price. also gaming mouse and keyboard was a plus. great!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, I was in no need to buy one of these, but it was on sale on Black Friday. Unboxing it was splendid as it came with the included gaming mouse and keyboard. I love the open glass side panel as it makes me look like I know what i'm doing. I cannot wait to start gaming with this remarkable PC.

I bought this pc for gaming and i was pleasantly surprised. It can run csgo at max settings smoothly and i haven't had any problems playing any other games. The lights really make it stand out and the price is great for what you get.

Like other reviewers I was experiencing crashing of this machine right out of the box. I went the route of working with CyberPower customer service rather than just return the machine to BestBuy. That was a mistake. I'm apparently expected to pay for shipping and insuring the machine to send it back to CyberPower, and after that I've been given no clue as to what happens next. The tech support is so so, and not overly friendly. The value looks pretty good on paper, but buyer beware. Random lockups and reboots are a daily occurrence for me the entire time I've had the unit. Playing games, streaming video, it could happen at any time. Event viewer shows nothing other than the machine unexpectedly rebooted though there have been a few errors saying there were hardware issues with the video card. Re-seating components and trying a multitude of troubleshooting yielded no relief. I'm fairly certain that in my case the problem is the power supply and/or the video card. They really skimped in this area and the unit is only just powerful enough to run the components that are in it. 80% efficiency for the little 350watt unit is the absolute necessity just to run the components of machine, and I doubt that this OEM unit is hitting a consistent 80%. The machine is being fed power by a nice UPS on my end so the power doesn't get much cleaner or consistent going in. I had hoped to save time by buying a pre-configured system rather than building myself, but this is turning out to be more trouble than it's worth. Really disappointed.

it is a great computer I love it is so fast when loading games

After about 6 months of research online and via the Best Buy website, I settled for this particular desktop model as opposed to an all in one machine.This computer replaced an old all in one touch screen HP machine (around 6 years old). I have had this machine for over a month and a half and am very happy with the purchase. This machine has lived up to my every expectation.It was very easy to setup and had no issues. It runs really fast and has not let me down yet. Windows 10 takes some time to adjust to and get used to the new features and once you get the hang of it, it is very easy to navigate. For those that inquire as to the video card and it's limitations, I have not had any issues yet and have played and tested the video card with Star Wars Battlefront (2015 Edition), Mortal Kombat X, Street Fighter vs Tekken and Batman Arkham Knight and have had no issues. The video and display looks amazing when connected to a Samsung - CF591 Series 27" LED Curved Monitor - Silver. The interior of the machine and setup makes the machine very easy to upgrade as I have had no issues so far when I added a LG Blu-Ray Internal Re-writer. The archive Blu-ray disc of 50gb I created burned in under 45 minutes with no issue. My only negative is that it does not have Bluetooth capability and the keyboard/mouse included are not wireless.This was not a major deal breaker as I purchased a USB wireless Bluetooth receiver from Best Buy for under $15 and used my old wireless keyboard/mouse. All in All, I am very happy with this machine and would highly recommend it to others if you are looking for a value packed machine for gaming and every day use.

I recommend this PC to someone who wants to start out gaming but doesn't have the time to build one up. its a pc you can grow with. its great to start and can just grow into it. A great purchase.

I got this computer home and i was very excited to open it and begin the start up. I get everything going and the last part was to plug in the keyboard, i get it plugged in when i realize that the "F" key was missing LOL. I took the keyboard back to Best Buy in it's box and they replaced it for me on the spot, so it wasn't too bad of an issue. The computer itself is fast enough for me to run any of the games that i play, and i've been enjoying it very much. would recommend this to others, very good computer
