I bought two of these computers for myself and my husband. We received both and one worked great, and the other one had problems and would not work correctly. Had to return it, at which point there were no more of the other one available. However, the other one that did work properly is a great computer for the money. There are better options for not much more money available, as thats what I ended up buying as a replacement for the broken one.

Super easy to work with. Setup and running in 20 mins including updates and other requirements. Runs like a dream.

I purchased this computer as a birthday gift for myself. It runs all the games I play at least over 60fps which is great. I dont need a computer that runs games faster as I and most people don't even have a monitor that can show then. All in all I love this computer and will be using it for at least another 2 years.

Ordered my new Cyber Power computer on 8/20 and received it on 8/27, Unboxed and inspected and found no major defects in it assembly. I was online and downloading Wow Legion with in a half hour. Game runs great on this Cyberpower PC. Will up date this again once I put some more time on it.

I bought this computer for my son. Originally it was suppose to be for casual web/Gaming but we are amazed at how much more you can do with this computer. Its a really fast computer and has more than enough space to save Games, Apps, Photos, Videos and much more. Overall this is a great computer for someone who is just starting to get into the PC Gaming Community.

The pc came out of the box in perfect condition and ready to use without any hassle. So far, the system is performing wonderfully with no problems. cool lighting system really add style to my room! Special thanks to the helpful staffs at BestBuy for the service and recommendation of this pc. I've ran a couple of games on it and it performed quite well.

Debated for a few days over buying this computer. Had some bad experiences with desktops failing to run programs without freezing or lowering the settings for it to function. I'm on my second week with it & I've been impressed with how it runs. Programs run without lagging & on high settings.

Great PC for the price. Graphics and speed are excellent. Lots of space to add additional components.

I've owned a lot of PC's in my lifetime. But this one? This one is my favorite! It does everything I need it to do. Heavy gaming,rendering,and editing! I love this PC. Got it as a birthday gift. Playing on this is a breeze. Rendering? Supa fast. The LEDs look very nice. It adds flare. 10/10

I used to build PC's back in the day but i'm to the point where I just want to play games without the hassle of waiting for parts. I read excellent reviews on this PC and thought i'd give it a shot.... I will say i'm a firm believer and would recommend this PC to anyone looking to get a great starter computer for the world of gaming! 5 Stars!

The majority of the reviews on this page got it right. It's big it can handle games very well. I've been playing Miscreated and everything is running smooth. The anti virus you have to get in contact with the company and have them send the code in 3-5 business days which was accurate. This is my first rig I love it I don't regret it at all and I can't wait to further more enjoy this computer. Super great super fast I love it.

When I purchased the computer I could automatically plug it in and start with its 16 GB of RAM it run so fast and smooth. Only thing that I would think about changing is my graphics card. Other then that's its a great computer

This is a great computer for starting gamers. It allows for flexibility and growth. The graphics card is from MSI which is top of the line in the gaming industry. Set up was a bit tricky, but the customer support was awesome!!! No delays in calling and staff was very helpful.

Very pleased with the performance. Fast, plenty of storage and room for upgrades.

We read all the reviews before ordering this pc, there was no negative reviews at the time. When we turned on the pc, the led lights were beautiful, the machine started up nicely, however, we couldn't get display on our HDTV through HDMI cable (we used the HDMI port on the graphic card). We switch to VGA to the same TV, no result. Tried plug in directly on motherboard, no display. Must be the TV right? So we switched to a monitor, same result, different connections. Contacted CyberPower customer support, they suggested to remove the graphic card and plug to the main board, nothing. CyberPower offered us "free repair and free shipping", we thanked them and returned the pc to BestBuy. My son really wanted this pc, so we chose to exchanged it to a different unit. 10 days later, we have a new one. With exact the same problem. We returned this one immediately and ordered the Alien Alpha. The only nice thing about this PC is the LED lights and all the fans. I'm sure the pc is very fast and awesome too, just that we can't see what's going on! Very disappointed with quality control at this company.

I purchased this PC for my 11 year old son who is into gaming and has his own youtube channel where he instructs viewers on various game features etc. I was sold on the reviews and description, had my NC USA warehouse purchase and ship it to me up in Canada. My son was super stoked on Christmas morning but that was short lived. He loaded a grand total of two games, Mindcraft and Fallout 4. Right away the Fallout 4 was super laggy and impossible to play in that state unless he plays it on medium setting and with no streaming. We have the fastest fiber optic internet connection available on the planet so not that. We tried rebooting and ran virus checks but eventually had to bring the machine into our IT department. They discovered that the card is the lowest quality and the bottom card listed on the Fallout website "requirements" section. In order to install a more robust card we also have to install a new power supply to handle the card! So a $700 machine is now running me over $1200 just to play a basic popular game. Nice disco lights though....

I purchased this very recently. Upon opening the box and taking out the tower, I heard a rattling. I took off the outer covering and noticed that one of the pins holding the plastic covering was lose, and that the plastic around that had broken off. I have to say I am a bit disappointed about that, considering the amount of money I paid for this. Other than that the product has been great so far. I love having the ability to change the lights as well.

We love the computer so far. The keyboard did break within the first month, but I called customer service and they are replacing it for us.
