Windows 10 product key does not work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After spending over $900 (including a wifi adapter and a 2 year warranty), I returned the first unit because it was impossible to activate windows, just set up the second one and am having the same exact problem. I am current waiting for a microsoft agent to check and see if there is a viable product key injected into the motherboard of this unit. Tried calling Geek Squad on the phone, both times they said I called the wrong place, even though the second time was a transferred call. This isn't worth the time and frustration.

Horrible experience

Purchased a second computer and it never got off the ground. Had the Geek squad look at it and they could not get it to work. Best Buy should drop this brand, it is worthless.

Not good so far

PC arrived yesterday and took it out of the box and right away heard something rattling. Saw some documentation that said some cables may have come loose during shipping. So checked the rattling noise and the hard drive was disconnected and just laying loose in,the case. So hooked it back up which was a pain itself as the tight fit and short cable. Well turned it on and it started, but nothing comes up. So gonna take it in to best buy for free in store set up. Was really disappointed it arrived in the state it did.
