Very nice machine runs world of warcraft on ultra at 98 fps at all times. Would recommend to all. Also I seen alot about how loud fan was in computer mine is super quite. Definitely love this machine.

This has all the things you want except ssd. Popped one In fairly easily to make it perform even better.

We ordered this computer in late September, waited two weeks for it to arrive only to have to return it the next day. After setting it up and turning it on, nothing worked. We returned it / exchanged it.. Waited 2 more weeks for the new one to arrive. When the second / replacement arrived, we set it up, turned it on and NOTHING! Took it back to the store where Geek Squad opened it up and checked things out and decided that the Mother Board was bad and that was likely the problem with the first one too. I will never purchase this brand of computer again and I am not sure I would take it if someone gave me one for free. Buyer Beware!!

cons:my keyboard came defective so didnt I want to go through the whole process of return after i install all my game, so i bought a new keyboards out of my pocket but everything work great now.

Runs great had absolutely no issues at all. A lot quieter then people make it sound. All and all a great purchase

When I first got the pc it was great. I loved it. For about 2 days. After 2 or 3 days the performance went down the drain. The fps for my games went from 250 down to 20 for no apparent reason. I consulted eith geek squad over the phone and they did diagnostics and couldnt find a problem. Now I'm not sure if i just got a pc that had a faulty part or what happened but it was definatly a frustrating situation.

I purchased this Cyberpowerpc computer during the Thanksgiving week. Overall I am satisfied. The processor is fast, although I kind of wished it would be Intel instead of AMD. This computer has great amount of Memory RAM 16gb and great graphic card. Make sure you have a Monitor with DVI outlet and DVI cable or HDMI cable, since GeForce 970 wont really work with simple VGA cable. That would be my only advice for whoever is planning on buying this computer. I had to purchase a DVI cable for my monitor in order to have the image displayed on my monitor from this computer. This is the best gaming computer if you want to save some money and still enjoy the newest games

this is the most i have ever spent on a PC and so far i am really happy with it. I was told it would take two weeks to get this PC ordered, but it took 6 days to recieve and i was really thirlled about thast

Product lasted me over 6 years. Fantastic quality for a prebuilt. Ran amazing for the time I had it, but it was time for an upgrade.

This gaming computer is pretty good. It has good specs to play all newer games at at least a medium quality. The price is great for the specs. The design is simplistic but it looks good. The only negative I can say is that when you have a cd in the driver it is unbelievably loud. I'm worried there might be something wrong, it is so loud I can hear it even when playing music on my headphones. So far so good though, I would recommend this to a friend.

all though this computer performs amazingly great. it has been a journey on a rough road. 1st I ordered a cyberpower gxi4000f from frys. comp was shipped very well. the comp looked awesome and was performing as I was expecting. I play wow and with the settings at there highest settings I was getting 80 plus fps the graphics were epic. that comp had the gforce 960 with 2 gigs of ram in my opinion a fantastic card for the money. Then issues started to happen I could not get my headphones to work in the front ports. I called geek squad and they could not get it to work they told me the comp was not recognizing the headphones they told me it was a warranty issue. 20 I took it back to frys wear I bought it there teck guys said the same thing. so i tried to order a new one it was now sold out.so i got my money back and started my search again. i came across this comp at best buy website likes the specks read the reviews so i ordered it it showed up 2 days later then the estimated time with a huge hole in the box. i took that comp to the geek squad counter and unboxed it it was badly damaged. the helpful g/s guy said i will order you a new one. but it was sold-out.so i kept searching bestbuy website and the comp became available so i ordered my 3rd cyberpower computer since November 18. it showed 5 days ahead of its estimated time.the box was in good shape so i took it home and plugged it in. it was a pain in the butt to get the every thing up and running i had to have geek squad help me online. then the same issues headphones wont work geek squad guys said its the comp. at that point i wanted to yell at some one. i called cyberpower support and in minuets every thing was working. the cyberpower guy was very patient with me. this comp came with better spects then bestbuy website the mb on this comp can be expandable to 32 gigs of ram for it has 4 mem slots not 2 like the stats say on the website. also it comes with a 800 w ps that's awesome. i was able to down load the game in 2.5 hours. i have settings on there highest lvl in the game and i never drop below 94 fps in battle grounds i have 100 plus fps. this thing runs very cool even after a all nighter. now things i don't like the used keyboard that came with it dirty with sighs of wear on some of the keys. smudges on the plastic window of the tower. most likey from shipping they do not come off. still very worth the trouble i went through to get this outstanding gaming comp. i would give this comp a 5 star rating on its performance alone

I order due to the fact i was informed by a best representative on the phone that it was Intel based and was unable to see the specs online but looked it up on cyberpowers web site and it was intel based on their site so i placed the order. Machine was built at cyberpower and shipped to store per my request. Upon arrival i opened at the store to check for condition sonce the box was a bit damaged. Descovered it was an Amd build and informed the customer service rep that it was built wrong. No effort was made by bestbuy or cyberpower to rectify the issue so it was returned

This thing is excellent for the price. If you are looking for a pc that runs great games for steam at terrific graphics (Witcher 3, Dying Light, GTA V, etc.) this is the pc for you. The only problem is that it cannot run the internet off Wi-Fi, maybe I didn't do something right. Anyway, this the PC for games!

Well I used to own a CyberpowerPc like 5+ years ago way before they blew up. They were a small company, they werent using distributors like BestBuy, Walmart, or even Amazon. [I dont even think Amazon was around.].. They definitly blew up! And I am not surprised at all why. But into a month having that comp it got stolen... anywho! I went back to the familiar company and decided to make an impulse buy. It comes with The Division! So why not? I have read many good things about this computer so that is why I bought it. I havent really had an issue yet, except the CDs that originally came with it dont work... I get an error when I try to use both of them, and when I go to AMD website to do driver update it says I dont have AMD..[Even though the box that popsup says I do.], I will most likely call bestbuy or cyberpower to get help if it persists. But so far, no issues. Dont forget it doesnt have a wifi card, I bought a 90$ power line and works alot better than wifi anyway. So if you want a med. level gaming PC, this is a good buy. I havent played a game yet, but I just know it will run like a beast!! I recommend it.

This is my THIRD computer I bought in the last month. I bought this model first in Nov. When it arrived it would not send a signal to my monitor. Brought it to Best Buy, geek squad, they said the mobo was bad. Returned it. Good experience. Second cp I bought from New Egg, it too came busted. The sata connectors on the mobo broke off in assembly or shipping. I went back to Best Buy online and bought the 3700B again. So far it is preforming very well. I play Wolfenstein The New Order and the graphics are like holy cow, wow! So far so good. I'm happy with my choice and pray it continues to preform well.

Over the years I have purchased my Gaming PC's from Cyberpower. Their PC's are always made of top quality parts. I ordered this PC on December 7 and it arrived on December 11. It was packaged extremely well to prevent any damage in shipping. After following the detailed instructions on setup, I turned it on and at first I thought it wasn't on because it was so quiet. This PC is fantastic and has performed above my expectations every day. I can now play all the latest games at ultimate settings. I am again impressed by the quality of the workmanship of this PC. The whole experience of purchasing this PC has truly been great.

I received this gaming pc for Christmas. It was easy to set up and configure. The graphics card is amazing and the speed is great. I would definite recommend this computer to all gamer's.

I bought this to upgrade my aging PC for some gaming and photoshop purposes. When I set it up the first it, it would not recognize the monitor. After calling customer service from CyberPower PC, we decided to send the machine back for warranty repair. What we originally thought was a graphics issue was actually the cpu coming partially detached during shipping. They resolved the issue and shipped it back. Now that the machine is up and running it performs extremely well. The only real drawback is the constantly running and somewhat loud cooling fans. Customer service from CyberPower PC was very friendly and helpful.

I did a significant amount of research before purchasing this machine. I was trying to get the most bang for my buck when purchasing a system for video recording and editing. I definitely struck gold with this purchase. I get excellent performance with anything I do and the machine doesn't even blink. Sure, it could be a more high end computer but for what I need it for it's perfect. The only change I made to the system was adding a 240GB SSD for the OS to boot off of and now the thing starts up in less than 10 seconds. I highly recommend that anyone else do the same and it's wildly easy to do on your own.

I am new to pc gaming but i feel that this was a very good buy for my money. The graphics on this unit are great and the only modification I made to the system was to add another hard drive so I could isolate my games on their own drive. The unit gets great air flow and stays cool. The LED's are kinda cool too. The Best Buy Guy was very helpful and thankfully they had this unit with all the features I needed. Fast card, lots of ram, and a multi core processor insures a long life of gaming from this unit.
