For the last two years my son has been asking for a gaming computer that could handle his "up to date games". His 13th birthday was coming up so I really wanted to make sure this was the right desktop. In other words I did my research, shopped around and Best Buy really came through on this one. It arrived 7 days ahead of the estimated date and I was pleased to see the box was in perfect condition. I've read a lot of complaints from other stores about crushed boxes and poor shipping, not a problem here. Included everything as listed in the description except one thing. Noticed right away the PCI-express bay for the PCI-express network card we had couldn't be used because the graphics card fan is covering half of the PCI-e bay. I called CyberPower and was told I should be able to use the PCI-e wifi card in the PCI bay because the RIGHT one was not accessible. That didn't work, card wouldn't even begin to fit the PCI bay correctly. At first we thought maybe the graphics card was the issue, but turns out the mother board is the issue. Somewhat of a bummer, but besides that the desktop does its job well. Newer games work with a little lag here and there but not to bad for what I paid. Came with Windows 10 already installed, no bloatware, just a clean slate. So far he has installed Mad Max and Medal Gear Solid 5, and like I said before a little lag but good enough for the money spent. Internet surfing is unbelievably fast and can't wait to see where this takes my son on his future of learning and dealing with computers.

I got this and have been using it for about a month now and its great(when the package arived the cpu cooling fan was ditached, luckily i knew how to fix it). Great gaming computer. Although i did not get the antivirus software it says it comes with. Other than that Have had no problem and its great

I bought this pc and I like it alot. It comes pre installed with windows 10 which saved me alot of work. They give you backup disks to reinstall windows and amd if you need to. 1 thing that sucks though is that it doesnt come with a wifi card. Great for beginning gamers. the keyboard is nice and so is the mouse.

I bought this PC for my 13yr old son so he can get into gaming. So far this is a great buy! The PC is fast and the graphics are great on the games we have tried so far. Also a big plus is how quiet the machine is. My pc is so loud but I was very surprised at how quiet this one is. Very happy with this purchase.

Simply said, it does everything iIexpected AND MORE. Price was right! It is screaming fast!!! Graphics are great! Totally happy and would recommend to others at this price. OHHH, and did I mention that it looks pretty bad!!!

Its an amazing entry level gamin computer for the price. Its runs most games on good settings without a problem. Great build and look as well. I recommend it!

I was looking for a desktop that plays today's games at a reasonable price, and this was it. So far, it has performed well on good graphic settings, but can't smoothly tackle the "Extreme" settings on most PC games. Considering the price, this is a deal. Manage your expectations when considering your budget, but remember that more expensive isn't always better.

This PC is absolutely amazing. It can run most games very smoothly and with beautiful graphics settings. It also looks awesome.

Great PC right out of the box. Already pre installed windows 10. Pretty big mid tower case great for expanding later on if you want to upgrade in the future. There is a lot of fan areas to add more fans which is pretty cool if you need more airflow. Overall the case is decent quality and actually pretty lightweight, not bad. Also comes with keyboard,mouse, windows 10, and drivers disc. Plays the games well for what I need it for. Only PC I will need for a long time.

This computer runs great for someone who is a beginner in gaming and playing games at at least medium graphics.

This was my first gaming desktop. It is the perfect place for beginning pc gamers to start, before starting to build their own desktop. I still use my cyberpower case, but have put in a new graphics card and CPU. Excellent product.

well build wiring was clean and everything I needed. I most likely won't buy anything but cyberpowerpc. Its a nice pc that can be upgraded pretty easy when need.

I am new to gaming systems, but I can tell this is great. Everything works great and its very fast. I am extremely happy.

I just got mine yesterday and so far it's awesome. I can play my games like WoW and Dota 2 smoothly which is great. Also the added keyboard and mouse feel and so far work great. Love it!
