I have had this computer for around 9 months, and I waited to write this review just so i could fully test everything and give my honest opinion and know exactly what i'm talking about. This computer is so good, I use it for casual gaming and I also use it to do my schoolwork on (since I'm a college student enrolled in online university). It really caters to all of my needs and it works quickly, and i can run all of my pc games on ultra graphics settings with no lag whatsoever-- which is so nice.

Great for beginners new to gaming PCs it's affordable and you can customize like many GPCs things you don't like I recently uped my ram it's also easy to open and get to work.

I ordered this for my son. We had issues setting it up so we took it to GeekSquad who determined it had a bad drive (that's why we were having issues) thankfully we purchased GeekSquad protection. Very upset we had to make so many trips (we live 30 minutes away from mall)

Garbage and no manufacturer support. The box was opened, and I exchanged. The second box looked the same. After 10 months the switch button defective (when you push down get blocked and the computer shout down right after is on), sent to the manufacturer for repair, paid almost $100 for shipping, got back same, contact manufacturer again, told warranty is expired (on their site they offer 3 years and this one had 1 year?!?). The store doesn't give the manufacturer warranty and this specific model is not on their website.

Great deal but needs more ram for video card. If you get it just for gaming, plan on upgrading the video card first thing.

Looks great and it's easy to set up. Multiple choices of color you can choose for the led light. Love the free gaming keyboard and mouse that came with it.

I thought I was getting a great computer, well the fans died and the hard drive is dyingnafternonlyn2 years. Very disappointed.

Good computer, have everything you need off the back

Not very fast - it takes approximately 10 seconds or more to open a simple file.

We ordered 2 of these, we received them right away. . The first one was awesome, am loving it. The 2nd machine worked for about a day, when one of the fans failed. We replaced it, then machine shut down with the WHEA screen. We contacted customer service, they felt it was the HD, sent an RMA with instructions to return HD at my cost, we would have to wait till they received the HD, prior to sending a replacement. We replaced HD, that did not fix the problem, again the WHEA screen, We then replaced the power supply, no more WHEA screen, however the machine shut down after 48 hours. We replaced the CPU, ( 3 fans, HD, power supply, CPU) the PC is stable. It has cost us $400.00 to make this PC useable. We have reached out to CyberPowerPC and have not received a response. (3 weeks waiting) I can't say that I would not recommend to a friend, I would suggest that if purchased, make sure that if you aren't a tech, you have access to one.

This computer is amazing. I have had it for about a week so far, and it's been spectacular. It can run all of my games at with no delay, and the FX-4300 CPU is also really speedy. Also the r7 240 graphics card introduces very good graphics, this is a big up from the old PC. The PC case has a very beautiful design as-well..the lights on the case and fans are so sleek! You can even change the colors of the front lights! The PC is also very expandable for future upgrades. I'd recommend this computer to anyone looking for an affordable, but amazing PC.

I helped my 13 year old select this machine. So far the experience has been fantastic, with no problems at all. In performance, this machine blows away the one it replaced. I don't think you can do better for under $500. Gift Card Granny helped us slide under that threshold. Oddly, so did selecting free delivery instead of picking up at our local Best Buy. I'm a veteran of the PC industry. I designed them for several years for one of the big manufacturers. Based on this experience, I came to despise Intel and root for AMD. There is a strong moral argument to be made for buying an AMD-based machine. So please, if you don't buy this one, pick another AMD product. I hear the Ryzen 7 machines are awesome. The machine arrived with WIndows 10 installed, and it worked fine. However, because some older games won't run on Windows 10, I installed Windows 7 Pro instead. I had network drivers on a USB drive, and everything else could be downloaded directly from the internet. Each driver is downloaded from the manufacturer of that component, not from CyberPowerPC's website. For example, video drivers were downloaded from AMD. The hardest part (which wasn't hard) was finding out what exact components the machine had, in order to download the right drivers. Only after this was all done did I notice that a driver CD had been included with the machine!

This computer works fine so far. I love the design, the glass side and the colors features makes it unique. However note that there is no WIFI adapter, you will have to buy a WIRELESS USB WIFI ADAPTER ( around $30).

I Recently Purchased This PC For Tax Returns For My Friend, Amazing Performance And I Fully Recommend To Anyone Who Is Look To Start PC Gaming, I Perform Games Like CSGO Above 60FPS And Very Stable For Its Price Range, Not Sure How Long It WIll Last But Hoping Its For A Long Time From Now, Please Thumbs Up If This Helped And Happy Shopping!

This is my first gaming pc and it definitely didn't disappoint, it runs fast, and looks amazing, definitely recommend! this is a amazing product! Please go ahead and get your friends to buy this PC, I run Minecraft and it runs 60fps and up.. I also run live streams! Its amazing

I absolutely love this product it is fast, it is beautiful, and it is phenomenal . However when it comes to shipping and handling I received the computer but the computer case was cracked so I highly recommend using someone other than UPS.
